I want to extend a huge thank you to Mannan. From the moment I called the store before our visit, during our visit, and even with the aftercare, he was AMAZING throughout the entire process. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at Cartier Japan and were worried about whether we could get the ring size adjustment we wanted, but he ensured everything was handled smoothly without any issues. We received the ring back safely yesterday. Mannan is truly an exceptional individual, and I had to make note of that here. Thank you so much for delivering outstanding customer service!

I have always had a great experience with Cartier and their Palm Beach staff. Also, Royal Poinciana Plaza is a very convenient location with ample parking.

The service is wonderful at this store. I was assisted by Jordi. Although I ended up with a problem with the love bracelet (no fault of the store) I would urge anyone wanting to purchase their product to get clarification on the store policy for exchanges. Unless it is returned in pristine condition, they will not return or exchange. I had scratched the metal unintentionally, but it being made of fine 18k gold they claimed the scratch was too deep. Jordi was extremely courteous, professional and helpful and I feel he tried to get something resolved but couldn't due to policy. I highly recommend Cartier for it's craftsmanship and customer assistance. I would add that my follow up calls were met with a little crudeness by the receptionist or whoever handled the phones. That being said, it won't change my 5 star review which I attribute to Jordi's customer service.

I have a collection of luxury watches, mostly Rolex models. However, I have wanted a Cartier de Santos watch since 1987. This past weekend after learning more about the watch and its history, I felt compelled to simply go and get one!
And I did. Ali was very helpful and efficient. I looked at the watch in the display case and knew that I preferred the Medium for my wrist size and it’s perfect. I purchased the watch and a fine gentleman showed me how to remove links and change the band.
I wasn’t sure if I’d like the watch after I got it, but I must say, I really enjoy wearing it. And, it keeps time perfectly!
It’s nice to walk into a Boutique and simply buy what you want, unlike Rolex where you typically have to wait months for the model you want. But, I do miss the buying experience you get at other luxury watch boutiques.
I highly recommend the Cartier de Santos to anyone still considering it.

I came to this location after Van Cleef as I was looking for a bracelet that Van Cleef did not have / care to show me.The woman who helped me was extremely nice. She showed me multiple bracelets which I wasn’t crazy about. Then we moved over to the love bracelets. I’ve always had a thing for the love bracelets, but I was really looking for a certain van Cleef bracelet in my head.The woman was very helpful with trying on different sizes and gold colors. I wound up not buying anything from this location but as helpful as they were I will make sure my next purchase will definitely be from this location.
