Staff is not trained at all. Check in is very disorganized/ room service never showed and had to call/ beach towels have to be picked up at check in area/ beach area is very old furniture and rundown/ rooms are nice and great views.

Nice hotel but very understaffed especially at the restaurant. Very slow service and no apology. No one at the beach to help with towels chairs etc. or drinks. Just not the service you’d expect from a hotel this expensive. Beach nice and rooms nice.
