This review is about the IWC boutique, which is managed by Greenleaf & Crosby. I want to give a shoutout to the IWC boutique manager, Thomas Esparza. All I was doing was buying a strap for my watch, but he gave me undivided attention, made sure I was happy with my purchase, and taught me a lot about my own watch and IWC. I will be a repeat customer. Probably the best experience I've had at an official brand boutique.

Brought in my toddlers diamond earrings to get a different backing. They changed the entire structure of the earring to make it a "screw in". Both earrings keep unscrewing several times a day so I have to constantly screw them back. Finally she lost the backing of one. When we called they started shouting at my husband saying that they never changed the entire system and only provided the backing even though we have both ends. To make it worse when I confronted them about the material that the new piece was made of they had no registry of it and they said that if we "insist" that they changed the entire earring then its either white gold or platinum. To what I said "let me tell you what material it is, it is stainless steal because when she lost the backing we took out the earring and it turned green!" As you can see on the picture. Platinum or gold doesnt turn green! They replaced it with steel and then lied to us and then yelled at my husband AGAIN saying that we're making things up. Nice try. They cut off perfectly made earring and put on a screw that goes into the toddler ear!! And they have no idea what material it is. When all we asked for is the backing that she can sleep with.

Excellent place to buy beautiful jewelry ! My ruby and diamond heart pendant is one of my favorites. Things are more affordable than you'd think !
