customer service at Bank of America is non existent. I went in wanting to transfer a considerable amount of money from my JP Morgan chase account. no one would help me. very curt and non one available. I sat for a 1/2 hour and left. Put your money elsewhere

Worst bank of all time, waste of your time and control of your money.They put my paycheck through a drive tru ATM, it out it on hold for 7 days. After I finally got it, I transferred my money to Chase through Zelle because I want to close the account with them since they're the worst, they locked my account and told me to call the security line. I called the security line, they told me to visit a branch to verify my self, so I visited this branch, they didn't know why this is happening so they are calling the security line again to find out why and im here now waiting, it's been more than 20 mins of waiting, locked accounts, & NO control of my money. Because of them im late on rent, bills and buying meds for my family as they need it. It breaks my heart not be able to do anything but waiting for 8 days since I got my paycheck and its still on hold. But my advice please use another bank and donot work with Bank of America. Go to the main HQ on google maps and read the reviews. Cancel your accounts asap and find another bank.Thank you.

Denise came through with the best assistance I could have asked for when I was struggling to sync my business accounts with my personal account for an time sensitive wire transfer. She also managed to make me laugh during my moment of frustration, which was swiftly followed by my technical issues explained so I won’t continue to confuse the multiple devices I use.Thank you for making my issue a priority and resolving it [and in turn, making my day less stressful]! ?? This bank has been closed for over a year and a half. I tried to go there to deposit a check and they said that they just got their power back on and couldn’t help me. The problem with that is that I just went to the Wells Fargo on the same block before I came here and they just got their power back on and were functioning as normal. This is the worst bank ever.

Customer Service is not efficient and didn't take notes to enter into their system so no other rep knew what I had previously discussed. You will get transferred about 4 to 5 times and get no issue resolved. They are the only bank that wouldn't work with me to lower credit card rates or settle my account. They actually took $428 out of my savings without notice because I had credit cards past due, this money was being saved to pay off a settlement amount. I would give them an F in service.

In the middle of this Coronavirus Crisis, Bank of America response was not the best.it is not taking action to avoid long lines and try to minimize the people visiting the Banks. Drive trough is not available for customers anymore. Also the deposits trough our online banking are not available. I will like more consideration with us as customer for many years. Every day is less people working, less technology available and not a good response to this world crisis, I do not see the support with the community. Today safe and trust are important to do business. I want to see the commitment with our community in this crisis and any future crisis.

DAYS AFTER MR BOA CEO ANNOUNCED plans to help your clients and giving $100 million to aid relief efforts. I would love to hear from 1 member of the public that experienced first hand the aid caused as a result of the $100 million. Your a bank. Not a charity. If you're giving away $100 million its because you already stole $1 trillion doing something that's not exactly by the book...I love how these big corporations like to jump at the opportunity to look like a hero when in actuality your ceo knows for dam sure its not what he says it is.

It should be a policy where distinguished ladies shouldn't have to explain to the tellers nonstop stories about their life. There was one teller and one manager and one lady behind the counter telling her whole life story. Please make the ATMs have the option to break a $20 bill or have $10 or $5 option so I don't have to ever walk in a bank again. Nobody was there and I waited nearly 8 to 10 minutes until I finally just left. One person. Rant over.

Want to wait for 30 minuets for a simple teller transaction? Go there! 1 teller, 3 bankers sitting in their office and looking at you pitty. Never again. In a rush? Dont bother go there
