This is our eight year at this resort! One cannot express my families feelings of this resort! EVERYTHING isJust perfect! Location, staff, service food!! The staff of the resort goes sbove and beyond to satisfy you and your family! The Islander Restaurant and TIKI bar are outstanding; Lisa (the bestest), Ryan and Josh make your stay a very memorable one!

We've been coming her for almost 20 years now and it's always a great experience. Great location, wonderful amenities and an amazing staff. From the restaurant to the tiki bar to housekeeping. Everyone is helpful and very professional. Too many people to name them all. Lisa, Patsy, Darrell, Erica, Nino, Mark, Doreen and Carol Ann just to name a few. I think the big standout this year was Heather N. with the beach service/pool shack. Great personality and always wearing a smile! She does an amazing job of making sure everyone has a place at the pool!Thanks everyone! Thanks Heather!See you all next year!Darren Willis & Karen Adams

We just spent a week at the resort (Valentine's week of 2024). Amazing service, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area, and a short walk to the beach. The rooms are very nice and spacious and very clean, with a view of the ocean. We ate a bunch of times at the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced, but if you want to experience other restaurants, they are within walking distance of the resort. I can't wait to go back!

This would be for plus stars all the way, but it is a timeshare and that can come with challenges. Avoid the presentation if you can. Also, call the resort and Advance to see what kind of room they may or are committing to giving you as you may change your mind, depending on what they have to offer. We booked over 18 months in advance and didn’t get the room. We expected, despite following guidance given by staff that were on the property. I really don’t appreciate when hotel staff says the sales staff of the timeshare and also different because they all are part of the same organization in the end so they need to stop that has no credibilityNearby activities: Lots To do nearby, including snorkelling scuba diving Offshore fishing and good RestaurantsFood & drinks: Bacon tasted awful at breakfast. The food that we got like chicken wings and nachos at the tiki bar or poolside Were good restaurants

Nicely appointed rooms. The biggest drawback is there is no heat in any of the hotel rooms. When we arrived it was 58F in the room and only warmed up to 64F after we shut down the chilling system.The resort was nicely decorated and the amenities were good but the lack of heat was a downer.

Service here is great! Clean towels and trash emptied everyday, full clean in the middle of the week. Walking distance to a ton of places! Can’t wait to come back!

We come here every year for 3-4 weeks. We own timeshare units. We share 2 conjoined units snd can have our own privacy when we need it. Joy!

Trust the bad reviews. trust them. I didn't, I wish I had. This was an RCI Timeshare swap. We had Checked in on Sunday 12/17 and prematurely checked out on 12/23. The first room we were assigned to was 202. Within 5 minutes of getting into the room there was a roach, and the carpet in the bedroom was completely soaked. Upon going to the front desk to complain, Steve offered to switch our room, but mentioned that "it happens". No apology. No surprise; it happens...when my husband later spoke with him about it, Steve mentioned that they don't proactively treat, but wait for complaints...We were re-assigned to room 504. Upon initial inspection it seemed fine. Around Tuesday I noticed I was getting some itchy spots, but it didn't seem like any pattern, maybe just some random bites. By Thursday I was completely covered in bites. Pretty sure they were bedbug bites, I tore apart the mattress looking. I didn't see any signs there - however the MANGY carpeting was so disgusting around all of the corners of the room that they very easily could have been living in there. Since I didn't see any signs on the bed itself, I wanted assurance that it wasn't a contagious rash or some other thing that may need more treatment. Friday morning I went to the closest urgent care where no less than three health care professionals, immediately upon seeing the bites, confirmed that they were indeed bed bug bites; confirmed that it was absolutely nothing else it could be, prescribed me prednisone since the bites were super inflamed and basically told me to get the hell out of where I was staying. Once again upon informing the front desk, Steve, once more showed no signs of surprise or concern. Sent up "engineering" that was basically useless. We decided to stay one more night. I slept on the couch and my husband literally slept in the tub. We rebooked our flight and left the next day. I will be contacting RCI directly regarding this experience as well as the Florida Department of Health. Regarding the hot tub, the first night we tried to use it, it was green and smelled like literal piss. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT CLEAN, IT IS NOT FUN, IT IS NOT SAFE. Choose somewhere else, anywhere else. Please trust me. I have absolutely no reason to write this other than to warn others away from this nightmare of an experience.

I visited my good friend who had been staying here for 1 week and the place is very run down. She had water leaking in from ceiling and had to lay down towels around the living room area. I'm sure that back in the day this resort was worth the stay like in 80's or 90's but today...no. It smells old and needs an overhaul. Staff was polite.

We are guests at this property. We just had a horrible experience with the Valet guy and the Manager. Very rude. Don't listen. Did nothing to fix the problem. This property obviously does not provide customer service training. When the manager on duty argues with customer, there is a big problem.
