Understaffed I had to back out of the drive-thru because I couldn't get service only to walk inside to wait in line to have her walk away from me and then go to the drive-thru to start helping clients. As I'm writing it this review I'm sitting in line at another understaffed location on US1

Worst Wells Fargo to go to. I don’t know why they even have people working there. There just ATM’s that walk and talk. Other then that they can’t do anything else that you may need from your bank. Wells Fargo is better off turning it to ATM only

WF should sell the building and lot, they can easily run this skeleton bank from a trailer in the Publix parking lot.Customer service is extremely rare in the land mass formerly known as America... Sad state of affairs.

Flew back to FL to grab car title fromSafe deposit box Leave again in AMEddie Freeman at this branch said I can’t get into my safe deposit without an appointment This is insane I would have waited a few minutes but not call for an appointment the next day I used to be with WF Private Bank And after so many frustrating incidents moved to BOA leaving only 3 accounts here After this poor service I am moving totally They we’re not that busy and this is not acceptable Seevice

Went into this bank to discuss getting a mortgage. Amanda Partridge was our point of contact. She informed us of the documentation needed and we had it for her within the hour. We waited for a week before informally contacted her asking for a status update and wondering why not was taking so long. She informed me that she was waiting on us to submit paperwork. If this is so why not check in with us? She appologized for being busy with other applications and that she would get im touch with is once she knew something. She always claimed she never received text, emails, calls etc. Awful service from day one. I'm just glad we found this out at the beginning instead of going through this during closing. Dodged a bullet!

This ATM suck!!! Ate my money 2 times and noone at the bank seemed to care. Unbelievable, darn banks can mess up my money and do nothing about it!
