ohhh mgd this office so terrible i was last time visiting this WF PGA because it’s only 2 minutes from my home and also i’m pregnant so iwa n’y only asking the agency about something he said go to get appointment for only 1 minute work and he didn’t care if i’m pregnant after he see i was angry he said wait u know i was waiting him 30 minutes he do he’s job slowly and one customer come after us he go to check what she want but me still waiting so the manager i think so bad no respect no smiling that’s what i will change this wells fargo terrible service

I just clicked on this location to see if they were open yet this morning and saw the terrible reviews. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer basically my whole life via Wachovia. I’ve honestly loved being a client of theirs and frequent this location for deposits and what not. The tellers have always been very nice and efficient. I don’t know why but it felt like it would bum me out to see a one star review for my work so wanted to show them some love this morning!

Went to withdrew money only to watch the guy (Ian) make two going on three trips to a machine to count money. On his second trip back to tallying his count, I asked him for assistance because I'm on break from work. The arrogant response was enough for me to exist the bank without any assistance while he just continued to do what he does. I can understand if he was assisting someone from outside but no one was in the line and was waiting for quite sometime. Customer service is very important in any business but no everyone understand the concept it. A perfect example is Ian at the wells fargo branch.

Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. Branch manager is not interested in customer service or satisfaction. No wonder Wells Fargo had to fraudulently sign customers up for accounts!!

This bank is very under staffed and u will wait 30 minutes to make a wite transfer at 2 pm in the afernoon. Its shocking how bad/ how they have 3 tellers in the front staring at mutiple people because they have to do something morenthen cashing a check.

I come to this branch about once a month because it's near my job. The tellers are always very nice and very helpful. I only had an issue once but they were very professional and nice about having it resolved.

Terrible bank. Do not seem to care about customers. Never enough people working and service manager can be quite obtuse. They are constantly making customers wait much longer than is necessary, due to not having enough staff. Many policies seem problematic, with no attempts made to implement them more efficiently.

My first visit at this Location..My WF sent me there to notarize a paper to see Chris Omg....he was rude and still didn't get papers notorized... Will never go back to that location....
