January 2, 2024 a young man was helping me with my business deposits when a man behind me got into a heated angry discussion with the person behind him, shouting the f-bomb repeatedly. When I asked him to refrain from shouting obscenities, he attacked me verbally and I asked the teller to call the manager, which he did.It took 10 minutes for a young woman to come out and tell me there was no manager on duty. The police should have been called and I felt that my safety was compromised.

They're the only bank that's sent me money even though I don't have an account and overdrafted when I did.

Called to see if I could come in to get paperwork notarized. Dude laughs at me because I didn't know appointments were needed and then had me on hold for 10+ minutes while he attempted to figure out the next available appointment. Not rocket science, and places like UPS, USPS etc. you can walk right in and get stuff notarized. Not the first problem I've had here, bunch of goofballs at this spot

I Usually deal with Theresa now a new lady is at drive thru and when you pull up to the window makes you sit for 20 mins before she even takes you i noticed before she takes you she deals with other cars that come after you first, Lacks terrible customer service skills

Clean, friendly, and the banker went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. I've been with Wells Fargo sonce 1997 and I will nwver go anywhere else.

This is the location I've used for at least the last ten years. I do my best to only deal with Theresa shes been with the company for a long time she is extremely polite very helpful and ALWAYS professional. Today I had to send my husband to deposit my check a very simple transaction one would think. The reason I only deal with Theresa is because she is the only one there whom get's my check deposited same day even though I always wright it on the check and fill out the slip as so, most tellers don't bother paying any attention and I have to either call or go back to the bank to get it straightened out. Some will tell you they can't undo the transaction they are sorry and you just have to wait, This is not true they choose not to do anything about because the correction will show in the computer that they made an error and they get held responsible so instead of helping you by correcting their mistake they would rather tell you they cant help you. Anyway my check said to cash out and deposit which means I want it available today also it involves no money just a few clicks of the mouse. Instead of simply doing the deposit the supervisor Kirron Atkinson chose to treat my husband like a criminal and proceeds to inform he will not be getting any cash or info from the account and they can't help him, He only wanted to deposit the check and be on his way aalso he has done this before in this same location with no problems I've also had my mother do it for me. So I had to leave work to go back and do the exact same thing myself. I feel like if the company was looking out for me they would have tried to ID him then would have contacted me to inform me there was a man there with my check my deposit slip and my drivers license. It was very unprofessional and unnecessary

Worst Service I ever received from Wells Fargo since 2004. The tellers were rude and branch manager unprofessional. I was told to go look up Wells Fargo Bank policy on the internet because I asked for a copy of the policy that the branch manager was referring to during our conversation. Worst Branch Ever.
