This pharmacy has a major issue in counting dates, understanding dosage changes, and filling prescriptions. Also the pharmacist is very rude “if you don’t have any other questions I will be hanging up on you.” First of all I’m not asking you a question I’m telling you to fill my prescription and to count your dates because you’re wrong. Then to get told as a customer and a patient that you’re going to hang up on me. If you do not like your job and your public service skills are poor. Do not apply for these positions. Allow actual pharmacists to get these jobs. You can’t count. You have no understanding of dosages. And you don’t care about the people that come to your pharmacy every month for help. I wish I knew the name of this pharmacist because she is an evil woman with malicious intentions and should not be in the position she’s in. Walgreens do something about your employers.

For the past 2 days I have been working on a photo project. I chose this location to have my prints complete as it was close to my job. This was the wrong mistake. The level of traffic in this location versus the amount of staff working is CRAZY! I will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! IF you need photos done go to another location.

The Arabic lady who is a pharmacist would not let me fill my medication even though it was one month after my last fill, she would not budge. When I asked her why she said two months prior I got my medication one day early. Then she interrogated me and asked me where did I get my medication from one day early the prior month?. I told her I have no idea where that medication went, maybe I dropped it who knows!? I had to go to CVS that does not take my insurance but they treat everybody much better to get my medication because it literally was on time. It was on the 25th of one month and the 26th of the months earlier. but that was two months ago. and she treated me like I was a peasant and used her authority against me. If you can avoid this pharmacy at all costs, please do you’re doing yourself a favor. Also, don’t try to call them because they will keep saying the same thing and putting you on hold over and over and over and over again. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.
Edit: I just also wanted to add that they sometimes make you wait when there’s people in line ahead of you on hold and when they answer they hang up on you. This happened to me today on 27 February 2024. I heard some lady yelling at an employee as they hung up on me. They have one good employee and that’s it and that’s the girl who has died hair. I don’t know her name because I forgot it but she is amazing and they do not deserve her. Seriously I’m not making this up. I rarely leave reviews everything that could possibly go wrong has gone wrong with this pharmacy. I needed to get a refill of BuSpar, which is a non-narcotic medication. And the app says it’s delayed because the pharmacist is reviewing it. Seriously fire these pharmacists and get new ones and have them get a new staff except for that one girl I mentioned earlier lazy people who do not want to answer the phone and they keep saying thank you for calling Walgreens please hold not allowing you to speak then putting you on hold answering saying the same thing one time they did it six times in a row so I just hung up. Drive a little bit further to get away from this place.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this pharmacy! The pharmacists are rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. I had the worst experience here with both of the “managers” and never came back. If you have any sort of controlled substance prescription, they treat you like a drug seeker, and make getting your prescription the most complicated and frustrating process imaginable. Repeatedly making excuses why they can’t fill it, they don’t have it, the coupon doesn’t work, insurance problem, they didn’t get the prescription, the diagnosis code, etc, etc….called the manufacturer of my prescription and they told me they can see how the pharmacy did not properly run the coupon through their system and tried to blame the manufacture and my insurance. Both of the lead pharmacists there are beyond unprofessional. I literally watched the “head” pharmacist call out confidential HIPAA information rudely another woman who drove 40 mins to pick up her prescription and made them wait. I’m shocked they are still in business. PLEASE save yourself the time and heartache and go down the street to the publix pharmacy…my life is so much easier now, they actually KNOW how to do their jobs, are professional and know how to treat clients.

Never answer the phone, pharmacy ALWAYS get medication wrong and doesn’t fill on time, they are terrible.

The staff is usually friendly but I did have a negative experience with them once. I wouldn’t go here for the pharmacy. It’s disorganized, my prescriptions were supposed to be ready at 8 PM on a Thursday. They got delayed until Friday, one being an inhaler that they had on hand. I called and they said the prescriptions were ready, upon arrival they had me wait for almost 30 minutes. This isn't the first time, I regularly have issues with my prescriptions. Whether it’s being delayed, etc.

I’d give zero if I could! Don’t bother calling, they keep you on hold for 10-15 mins or longer, and just pick up to put you back on hold. Then they give you the run around everytime you need a script filled. They need to all be fired. What a joke. Changing over to Publix.

Publix or CVS if you need a pharmacy - this location is a mess, disorganized and delayed. Store itself feels unclean. Management needs to step in.

Avoid this location, the workers are useless and don't know how to complete their basic job duties. Ordered a framed family picture online for guaranteed same day availability, then went 6 hours later to pick it up and the job wasn't completed. The worker manning the photo area had no idea how to print pictures and offered no solutions on how to get the print developed. I left without the framed picture for a special family event which was disappointing and a waste of my time.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. This specific location. I was left sitting in the pharmacy for 50 minutes while I was told they were working on my prescription my doctor called in. I’ve been taking the same medication for years. They helped other people. They even sold syringes over the counter to someone without a prescription?! Then I was told they don’t have it I’ll have to call my doctor? All weekend they have been calling saying it’s ready?? I will be changing pharmacies the pharmacist on 10/13/2023 and the other staff should be looked into.

This was our first time at this pharmacy. We had set an appointment time for our flu shots. When they were running 30 minutes late, I asked the operations manager how much longer it would be. She showed attitude and zero consideration. I wouldn't go back.

I had been with CVS for many years but my insurance was only accepted at Walgreens and this pharmacy has done a professional job and I really appreciate the courtesy calls.

Every time I come to this location the workers are slower than turtles !!!! Omg avoid during lunch break they will use all your time and give you an attitude while moving extremely slow like it’s on purpose!
