Literally the worst experience ever I don't know how you make a return so complicated.... We were in a line of 20 people and get to the front to get stuck with this ‘blonde’ associate with poorly matched makeup on. WHO immediately, did not acknowledge or even look us in the eyes until we had broken the ice. She quite literally was playing with her apron until we had looked at eachother in AWEH… my mom and I, were making a return and we had several receipts because I had made several purchases before at other locations and was UNSURE which one was correct. We had 3 receipts for 2 different purchases.She then proceeded to give us attitude and ask "I don't understand why you so many receipts" immediately I'm stunned because it's quite practically her job to investigate. She then huffed when we asked her to further look into it, saying she was "new". I can understanding how frustrating it can be not being able to do your job correctly but why complain about it right in front of us?My mom obviously said something about her attitude and then thats when her manager came over who basically was helpless as well. They scanned all three receipts which had both products, but claimed "the quantity was 0" so these were already returned?? But then how do I have them in my hand??Something they could've solved so easily if they were willing to help unfortunately this is not the first experience. SHE WAS THE ASSOCIATE WHO CHECKED US OUT ON THE INITAL PURCHASE and couldn't do her job then either. I don't know if she just messed up the initial return/purchase and that's why it said "0"?? Because we had all the receipts with us…I wanted to pick a fight with her so bad because your seasonal job wasn't just getting a discount, you actually have to scan and figure stuff out sometimes, mind blowing. I seriously have never seen an attitude so saddening before. I never expect much customer service with retail, but Jesus Christ. You need to go back to training before you let that one out of the sales floor.THE CHERRY ON TOP 15 minutes into our process she checks people out over us, too. I needed some holiday pajamas. I found three pairs within two minutes of walking in the store. They had my size on hand. I received some assistance from a very nice young lady named Kobi. She was extremely helpful. I was in and out of the store very quickly. There was no waiting at the cash register. Ask for Kobi. She will help you

I was at this Victoria location on December 1st around 6.00pm. and I was assisted by a girl with the register#007 cashier#3146886, Loyalty ID#45082900819 who is very disgusting. A despotic and frivolous attitude treated me as if I were going to ask her for everything I bought for free, she threw everything at me until the receipt without saying thank you, apart from Her terrible customer service, just seeing her appearance full of tattoos, poorly dressed with earrings everywhere, you can see that she hasn't bathed in a long time, her eyes are full of desire and her nose is full of earrings and snot, she is disgusting in every way. In any sense, I don't know how this prestigious store has an employee so out of touch with what Victoria Secret should represent in every way. I do not plan to return to this store. The experience was very unpleasant. The owner must take into account hiring people who have experience in customer service and also who physically represent Victoria Secret, especially in an area as prestigious as Palm Beach Gardens.

Company gone totally woke, left wing, catering only to the progressives. My wife used to love this brand and spend a lot of money on its products but because of their woke politics, she will NEVER return. It is a shame. Feminine beauty is not appreciated today.

Just made a purchase and a young woman named Sequoia S who is a customer lead made this the best experience I've ever had with Victoria Secret. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and worked in a timely manner. She helped me find exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions with poise, she clearly has passion for her job. Melissa was so nice and kind!Everyone employee was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Store was very clean and organized and lots of really nice stuff. Will be revisiting soon!

This store is s**** Customer service is horrible. Trying to make a return after Christmas and they turn me away after stating only exchanges can be done. New policy change. How tf am i going to exchange something when i don't want anything in the store atm. They don't even try to work with the customer. HORRIBLE!!! Overrated store.
