Avoid this location at all cost. I recently updated our iPhones and the guy working there is nice but useless. He never asked if I backed up my pics on iCloud ( apple would have) and I lost all of my pictures. If you want to get a new iPhone ONLY go to Apple Store. The first thing they ask you at Apple is if you back up your pics on iCloud. The salesperson didn’t care that I lost all of my pics. Do NOT go here!!

Worst company ever to deal with. Terrible customer service and nobody knows how to get anything done correctly. Cancelling all my services took 2 days and more frustration than anyone should ever have to deal with.

Incredibly bad experience. I switched service to Verizon and it took two hours of phone time just to get the transfer pin needed to change my number over from other provider linked up to my Verizon account. Then after waiting all day for a package with my phone that I had to sign for I found out my phone was stolen by UPS somewhere along the way. No biggie the rep told me to go to local store and I could buy a phone. Went here and after waiting 40 minutes I was told that they couldn't help me because my phone was locked and getting it unlocked would take longer than the 15 minutes that they were open for before the 7:00 closing time. They have to send you a security text apparently in order to work with you but I could not receive that text on my phone because I had not transferred my service over from other provider yet (no duh, I need the new phone I ordered for my new service). Now I can't order another phone to be delivered. The rep tells me after returning home and calling AGAIN and waiting forever for that there is an investigation underway and until it clears no other phone can be sold to me. This process is so unbelievably frustrating and Verizon has so many people giving me bad and opposing Information. I am totally appalled. What a nightmare and waste of my time for two days running now. Tomorrow will be Verizon phone apocalypse day # 3. I'm making if my job to tell any and everybody how bad this company has sucked.

They have a new policy where they will not look at your phone without you paying $30 up front. I paid. They did not fix the phone. The rep that tried was clearly a sales person; not a service person. He struggled with basic things I had to help with. Don't expect them to add value.

The service I received here was unfortunately bad. We brought a phone in with a failing SIM card. First, the employee helping us suggested to upgrade the phone -- which doesn't resolve this issue. Secondly, then employee blamed the issue on the fact there were 2 numbers associated with the phone, which was not the case. Third, the new issue was the fact that there was a VPN used on the phone. We spent nearly an hour not addressing the actual solution which was to replace the SIM card. While the employee was flaunting her degrees and trying to convince us she new what she was talking about, it took her manager to step in and fix the issue in 5 mins. I cannot for this reason recommend this Verizon store.

On May 6, I picked up my phone and took it home and was having a hard time activating my new phone, so I called Verizon they told me that I have to take it to the store. So I did, and one of their sales representatives, Regina, took her time with lots of patience and made a few phone calls I was willing to change my number but in reality I wanted to keep my old number and thanks to Regina and her patience I did she made it possible. Great customer service.

I arrived at the PBG store on 2602 PGA Blvd store at 6:03pm, Verizon customer service said the are open until 7. The door was locked. I went back the next day at 4PM. I had to ask if there was a sign in somewhere, the fellow asked for my PH # and said you are on the list. I saw one fellow taking to a guy for an hour (Non business) and the other employees talking among themselves. There is no-one running this store its out of control. I think 2 stars is being generous.

They take care of all the questions I have and they do a good job of recommending things that I might need or not need. Try visiting during hours that are not prime hours to avoid a long wait. But even if you have to wait, they are good about getting to you as quick as possible.
