Prince, the cashier attendant, not only prioritized customer service but also exhibited kindness throughout my visit. Despite his bandaged hand, he managed two registers to expedite the line, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone. Additionally, Precious, another staff member, was also incredibly helpful and provided great service. I never expected such a positive impression from a routine trip to the post office!

I absolutely love the self-help kiosk. So quick and efficient and don't have to stand in line. Staff is very friendly if you do have to stand in line to do something else.

??????????Worst post office ever. Every time I come in here there's a line out the door it's a 45 minute wait. I came in this morning and there's a line out the door and there's one person working talking about how it's like this every morning and she's the only one here working. Third time I came in and left refusing to wait in this line. And really for customer service as well. Extremely high postage rates and can't afford to hire the proper team to carry out the needs of the customer. Extremely sad! If I ran my business like this I'd be ashamed!!! Poor show!!!

Online, the website said that from 3:30-4:30 pm Tues/Wed/Thurs they accepted walk-ins for passport applications. We picked up our daughter from school and drove directly there, as we were in need of an expedited passport. When we arrived at 3:30, an employee said “not today”, further citing that they sometimes take walk-ins, and sometimes they don’t. A passport agent came out and spent 20 minutes to explain all the reasons why they had no time to do it on this afternoon, at one point stating that the application itself takes about 15 minutes to complete. He literally spent longer explaining than it would have taken him to just do it. When this was brought to his attention, he said his manager, Christy Edwards (who happened to be out this afternoon) would write him up for processing the application. Then, another angry little manager, WARD POWELL, came over and actually shushed my husband when we asked him to explain why they insisted they had no time to process passport applications, when they obviously had enough time to spend to explain to the now growing group of walk-in passport applicants that the reason why they couldn’t do it is that they had no time as they were short-staffed. Meanwhile the regular mail line was shorter than I’ve ever seen, and they had 3 cashiers plus the passport agent up there. Where is the sense in that?No wonder the USPS is an endangered species. Zero customer service and zero common sense.

Prince and Tia are wonderful! Customer service is great especially for it being a busy post office. I took my save the dates and they took the time and patience to help me with 100 of them!

I showed up in the middle of the day with over 800 pieces of mail that needed to go on a certificate of mail without an appointment. No notice once the team got over the shock, they jumped into action. Hazel and Tia processed every single piece less than 45 minutesand I also want to thank their manager Christy Edwards. Anytime I go into this post office everybody's friendly everybody smiling they work as a team and they treat the customers with respect I really want to thank these ladies for going above and beyond and this was in September 2023.

With the growth of Palm Beach Gardens this post office is way too small and behind the times.
