Recently, while I was shopping at the Urban Outfitters store in City Place (West Palm Beach); i felt as thou I was profiled by the staff at this location because of my ethicicy. You would think that in this day and age, people would be able to treat each other as equal, yet this was not my experience at this particular location. I short it appeared to be racist.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE! THE ABSOLUTE WORST! THEY CANCELLED MY INITAL ORDER, THEN I RE-SUBMITTED MY ORDER. THEN THEIR SYSTEM MIXED THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS TOGETHER AS ONE ADDRESS (HALF FL ADDRESS AND HALF CA ADDRES) THEN 2 ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED YET I GOT SOME OTHER RANDOM XL BROWN JACKET THAT I DIDN'T ORDER AND NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE MYSELF AND PAY EXTRA TO GET THE 2 OUT OF 4 ITEMS THAT I ORDERED SHIPPED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN CA. SO FRUSTRATING.

Apparently the store closes at 9. Someone needs to change the time on the largest search engine in the world because it says 10. I arrived at 8:58 and they wouldn’t let me in to buy one item.

Went up to the register to check out and was told by an "employee" they would "help" me at the self checkout. I walk up to the monitor for them to touch the screen once and walk away to go chat with three other employees while I do their job. All four of them are perfectly able bodied. They are getting paid to work the register. It's so hard to find good help these days.

I came 8:40 and sellers were maximum unhappy… soooo uncomfortable.. I was in fitting room at 8:50 and mam said you have 5 minutes. We are closed at 9. I didn’t feel like this. 9.02 I stand beer cashiers and pay. I said so sorry. But nobody said it’s ok. Hooorble staff for this place. It’s my first 1 star ⭐️

Being an African American and supporting UO as much as I do while also being overweight is pretty tricky because I don’t think the store loves me. I remember shopping here for my birthday last year and I found a cute shirt but as I was walking out an African American security guard who works over there securing the area made a remark about me walking out with one thing insinuating that I couldn’t afford anything because I’m (black) and it’s bad enough I don’t like clematis and downtown as is but to ensure that type of behavior from your own kind hurts. I fee so unwelcome being over in this area because I don’t always see people that look and for damn sure not pleasant either. I’ll just continue to order online instead

The location is nice but as a POC I didn’t appreciate being ignored by the employees while the white customers were greeted and asked if they needed help. The only person who asked how I was doing was a very pretty hispanic girl with blonde hair. Probably won’t buy anything from here ever, but at least the location is aesthetically pleasing

I had excellent assistance from the floor staff as well at check out. They went out if their way to find my size and place an on line order.
