Evelina was the most beautiful soul I’ve ever experienced in an Ulta beauty. Her kindness and pure joy was a breath of fresh air in a world of stank breath. Thank you for being amazing! Everyone in this store was helpful and kind.. will 10/10 return.

The lady working in the hair product department is awesome! (today, 5/30 around 2:30-3pm) She helped me find all the products I was looking for--shine spray, heat protection, etc. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she is also just the sweetest person you could imagine! I wish I knew her name--please thank her for me, for her excellent customer service!

I went to the salon, showed pics of what I wanted, spent 4 hours there, my hair almost looks the same as when I went in, except no roots! $300 plus tip! I want a refund! I’ve called numerous times to speak with Nina, hoping she could fix it, she never returned my calls. So disappointed! It’s not fair, I work hard for my money, waited a long time to have this done, and they won’t even return a call!

No, come in , let’s see what we can do, no I’m sorry ur not happy! At the very least, ask me to come in and take a look! I literally could not get a word in!!!
She even went so far as to say ,”we have cameras”, so I can prove to you what it looked like before and after!
I’ve been to other places who when not satisfied they invite me to come back to see if it could be fixed!
Lesson learned! Omg!

Go. See. Shakirrah. Period! She is the absolute *BEST*. I went in last Friday looking for someone to help me freshen up my look and she did not disappoint!! Her energy is downright contagious and she was beyond helpful in showing me tips / tricks that I never would've known otherwise. Hands down, my new favorite girl at Ulta!

I visited Ulta for a hair appointment, hoping for a much-needed improvement, However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing.
Despite providing clear instructions and referencing notes from my last visit, the stylist completely disregarded my preferences. I specifically requested a bold, icy blonde with noticeable highlights, and thick money piece , but what I ended up with was far from what I had hoped for.
Not only did I not achieve the desired level of blonde, but the stylist also added low lights that resulted in a muddy, ashy appearance. The overall warmth of the color and the lack of bold highlights and non existent money piece left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. I left with less blonde then I came in with.
As a result, I now need to seek another stylist to correct the issues with my hair, which is not only inconvenient but also adds to the expense of achieving the desired outcome.
I urge others to carefully consider their options before booking an appointment at Ulta Salon, as my experience fell far short of expectations

Went to Ulta Benefit Brow Bar for a brow lamination. Cathy was incredible, she understood exactly what shape I wanted with recommendations on other services offered as well! My eyebrows turned out so so so good, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend going to Cathy!

I came to this location for a full highlight and haircut and I am so incredibly happy with the results! My stylist, Sofia, was amazing! She was incredibly kind, warm, and professional from the very start. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted, talk about my hair history, and looked at my inspo pics. She was detail-oriented, attentive, and is really just a talented stylist. She gave her professional opinion but allowed me the space to decide what I wanted. The final look was exactly what I was looking for, both color and length-wise. I am so grateful for her—she made me feel beautiful! I would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking for a new stylist.

A stylist named Merissa did FANTASTIC on my hair and makeup. I feel so beautiful and she was very friendly/personable. I have attached a photo with no filter of my hair and makeup. She made me feel like a queen!
PLUS it was only $92 for hair and makeup. What a steal!

Lisa was my MUA. She immediately asked me if I needed help when I walked in the door. Typically I say no but today for some reason I said sure, “I’m looking for bare minerals tinted moisturizer”. She started walked me to that area and asked if I ever used PUR tinted moisturizer; as it has better benefits ect. Needless to say, she matched my skin color and I walked out with 3 PUR items: tinted moisturizer, foundation and gel to water moisturizer. I’m pleased with my visit today. She was kind, friendly and very informative. She did not push me to buy products, the products sold themselves. Wish I was rich ?

Alexandria the store manager is a rude ,condescending person. I spend thousands of dollars a year at your store. If I want to exchange something for a store credit I do not deserve to be interrogated,or humiliated over a return. A manager is supposed to have better customer service skills than this. I will not be returning to this particular location ever!!!!!!!!
