I just got my card and trulieve has been so nice and helpful when it comes to my purchases and my picks . especially the associate under then named hippo who was very thoughtful person and other stuff was also very helpful and informative !!

Worst experience every each time I try too or have to vist this location they dont respect the express lane and have the rudest bud tenders I regret thar have to come to this place but we do what we have to do when in need of my medication

Worst Customer Reward system!!!! Love to screw you out of rewards buy making signing up EXTREMELY difficult. ? I've just spent another 20 mins today at the store with the nice associates trying to help enroll me in the Rewards Program AGAIN.
They couldn't do it either! ? APPARENTLY, I'm not the only person this is happening to!!! Other people were experiencing the same issue while I was there. ?

Worst Trulieve location in south Florida, staff is somewhat rude especially the lady at front desk. Placed an order online for express pick up and then waited for 30 minutes even though it was my turn on the waitlist. What’s the point of placing an order for express pick up, put at 1st in and still have wait for 30 minutes. Promise I will not be returning…..

Arthur and his remarkable crew make any growing pains out this location may have had in previous reviews. Make no mistake, any visit to the TruLieve Northlake location is a pleasure.
This area can become very busy during rush hour time, but the staff are graceful under pressure and keep everything moving professionally. TL has done a great job mitigating wait times at these kinds of small locations.
Arthur is a great leader and cannabis campaigner who has empowered his staff with his infectious charm and charisma - I feel like I can always stick around for a chat with the great people here but best to get out and keep the line moving!
Update: Place is notorious for long waits and I don’t think it’s better. Waited 30 mins for an express and haven’t been back since. Nice folks but no sense of urgency. Curaleaf across the street is bussin with a full lobby. At this point there is no excuse for the wait.

I will never shop at TL PBG or any other TL for that matter. Overpriced products, always a long wait, Express pickup is a joke and worst of all, arrogant staff who act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money! Special shout out to the rude people at PBG from the receptionist to the manager. Folks please take the time to shop around there are other great dispensaries out there. Don't sell yourself short!

Every time that I order express, it takes well over 2 hours to even get it ready. If I get tired of waiting and walk in and tell them I have express, even if I only have one item, I am put at the end of the line. Whats the point of express?!? Next, the lady with the long grey hair that greets you at the front is so rude with a nasty attitude. Very unpleasant to greet people! I am not the only person with these complaints. As I have heard others express the same complaint. Also, I spoke to the manager last week. He just kept saying he was new. Great idc if you are new, there needs to be changes implemented here. This Trulieve is awful!. Thank goodness they opened a new location near by. I highly don’t recommend this location. The “new” manager says they are going to be fixing things but hasn’t fixed anything yet. The receptionist at the front with the cast is very rude. I mentioned her google reviews and she said “there are other lady receptionists” there aren’t any other lady receptionists. She is the only one and very miserable and rude to everyone every time you go in. Also the guy with the dreads is also very rude. He thinks he has authority over everyone bc he works there. Last time I was there he threatened me. He told me I couldn’t video but thankfully I still did because he was threatening me which I got all on video. The manager Joseph just sat there while his employed threatened me. Definitely go to the other location in palm beach or even a better dispensary! I was going here because I liked trupod but it’s definitely not worth the bad customer service. If you do want to stick with Trulieve I highly recommend a new location. Coral Springs and the other Palm beach location are good.

Be prepared to sit in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not . Employees have zero sense of urgency . Don't waste your time . Go somewhere else
