Prices are not negotiable. Fine.But these consignment stores should have a system allowing the price to drop regularly by a certain percentage, after a certain period of time.For instance, the price tag would read 10% lower, after each week the item sits in the store.This would allow the store to start high, but if the item does not sell, the price would eventually drop until it sells, preventing an overpriced item from sitting there forever.I have seen other consignment stores using that method which works like a charm!

I sent over pictures of pictures I was trying to consign, text and email. After 3 weeks I called them and told them I hadn't heard anything, the gentleman who answered the phone checked and said we'll pass you should have gotten a message and hung up. That's fine they passed but I think he could have had better customer services skills, he was just plain rude! Won't be going there anytime soon!

This is my favorite "multi-store Consignmet Shop. I've enjoyed visiting several of their Palm Beach Shops over the years as both a Buyer and Consignment Seller. Trust me it's more rewarding to be a buyer. "Someone's trash could be your treasure! It's the thrill of the hunt that excites me most!

In my opinion,and I admit I'm fussy, this is crammed with the ugliest, over scaled furniture and accessories you ever saw and the area is so crowded you can barely walk around. Prices seemed high to me. Will say things seemed in good condition. I'm told the branch (there are three in all, one in Delray) on US Highway 1 is the more upmarket and will explore that another time. Read a couple of rave reviews. I guess it depends on what they have on consignment when you visit.

I've contacted these people twice to place some unwanted furniture with them. I sent pictures as instructed and never got the courtesy of a response. These people know less than nothing about customer service. Run fast and run far.?

I visited True Treasures today with my husband, just to look around. What serendipity, what blessed chance, that we met Don, a home designer who works there. He took the time to chat with us, get an idea of our needs, was able to discern our style preferences, and pointed us to things we may find interesting. No pressure, because they don't work on commission there - just delightful company as we perused the store.We couldn't be happier, we found a replacement couch within our budget, and a gorgeous chair as well! Our house hasn't looked this good in years, and we owe it all to Don. His style is on point, and his interest was our happiness - he is truly the BEST!True Treasures has fantastic finds, great character pieces, great budget pieces, and gorgeous designer pieces - but the real hidden treasure there is Don. You couldn't ask for better. Look for him weekends, though the shop is open all week long - and they get new stuff all the time.THANKS DON!!! <3

My sister had told Me about the store when she was refurnishing her apartment a few years back. I just redid an oceanfront condo in Vero and needed a few pieces so while visiting her in Palm Beach we went to the store and I found some fantastic things!!! 4 gorgeous oil paintings beautiful Italian console table. Don our sales person Was absolutely a true treasure in himself I'm so pleased with all my purchases.... We will definitely be back!

I have been a True Treasures shopper for many years, until recently, mostly for accessories. Recently I did a home remodel and redecorating. As such, I have been shopping like crazy for furniture and accessories to fit the new decor. I have been working with Don, a recently hired True Treasures decorator at the Northlake store and I have to say that my experience has been like having a personal shopper/decorator! We have discussed my home, looked through photos and he has sourced items for me as they arrive!! This service is above and beyond what one would expect at a consignment store and I must say, a brilliant business model… I would hope to see it marketed in this manner in the future and will do my part to spread the word!! I purchased a library chair on-line through Chairish and a full month after my payment was accepted and a shipper was selected, I received a message from Chairish that the chair as no longer available from the seller with no explanation or no offer of an alternative.

I had a stunning dining table and chairs set I wanted to sell. I had no idea where or how, and I wasn't crazy about people coming to my house. So I consigned with True Treasure. A few weeks later I got a check for exactly what I was due. Heck, I didn't even get a call asking for a price cut. I have a few other pieces I'm interested in selling. I'll be calling True Treasure!
