T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer with over 1,200 stores across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, offering a wide selection of brand name and designer fashions at great values. Customers appreciate the good-quality women's clothing, shoes, and designer jewelry available, especially at the jewelry counter where staff are friendly and patient. However, some reviews mention issues with store organization, describing the store as messy and difficult to navigate. Long lines at checkout are common, often due to a shortage of cashiers, which can lead to lengthy wait times. While the store provides a variety of clothing options, some shoppers find the selection limited or overpriced compared to other stores. One reviewer noted that their experience with staff was positive, highlighting friendly service at the jewelry counter, though others felt the store had lost some of its high-end appeal and professionalism. Overall, T.J. Maxx offers good deals but can be busy and disorganized at times.
Bunch of stuff. Can be crowded. Friends from overseas spend hours to get deals. Everyone is friendly and there is always something for you (I think)

Great prices on good-quality women's clothing & shoes. Allow plenty of time to go thru every rack. The eventual long line at checkout time never fails

Fake reviews! Every time, I’m in the store, it takes 35 minutes in line just to get to the register. The manager told me that they need more cashiers, but corporate won’t let them hire more staff.
