I was at this location recently, Tiffany & Co., Palm Beach Gardens - 3101 PGA Boulevard
Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.
I recently inherited back gold earrings from a deceased relative.
I noticed that the earrings were tilting forward as they were too heavy for the post.
The "repair technician" replaced the posts with the round plastic types. These appeared lightweight and certainly not durable. I expressed my concern and was assured they would hold up after all, Tiffany & Co. have a stellar reputation.
Needles to say, the earring fell off and it's GONE.
Even though I have moved out of this state I still called the the store (since they were serviced here) and the man I spoke with said to go to another store and they can simply "fix" the post on the other earring. I wear earrings as a set.
Apparently, they train not so bright employees at this location.
I didn't expect a complimentary earring, however I did not appreciate the comments about the earring being lost as if I was at fault. Suffice it to say if the job was done correctly then it would NOT have become "lost".
This is on the employee and the Manager.
I DO NOT recommend this location.

It was my first time at Tiffany's, the hospitality and attention to detail of the pieces was an entire experience, museum-isk, for lack of a better term. I highly recommend working with Rebecca she is very knowlegable and kind. I am officially a fan.

Went there to get a chain approved to sell to make sure it’s authentic. The gentleman was very nice and even offered to have it cleaned at no charge. Great service of course what you expected Tiffany. ?

Absolutely amazing store. Well deserved reputation, diamonds are exquisitely cut and dance with fire even out of the shops light. Tiffany is my go to place to get spoons for baby showers , pens for birthdays or other everyday items that can be gifted and really make somebody feel special . I recently went in wanting to look at some paraiba in person , but i was informed this location does not get lots of gem stones . In any event the the associate (and im sorry i cant remember if she was Nataly or Natasha(really sorry)) was so helpful and friendly, she really went out of her way to answer my questions and showed me a tremendous selection. Will always recommend this store all around quality . Staff , product’s everything about the experience is top notch

This Tiffany’s store is the absolute best and they truly care and stand by their products and customers. My husband and I have been shopping at this store for several years now and their customer service is truly extraordinary. Special thanks to George, Jackie, and Andrea!

i had the best experience at this location, i was greeted right upon entering by the sweetest sales associates, Mrs.Stinson helped me find exactly what i was looking for and made my first solo experience at tiffany’s feel so special, she truly took the time to engage in conversation with me and made sure i left the store with a smile. i will 100% be returning :)

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring from this location and she bought one for me. When going to pick up the ring they gave my girlfriend the ring that I was proposing with. They showed her the box, ring and engraving. To fix this astronomical mistake they gifted us a free necklace that my girlfriend was going to give me to as a Christmas gift. I didn’t know what she had picked out or the engraving on it. This store proceeded to send ME the confirmation email that included the necklace and engravings thus ruining not only our proposal but the Christmas gift as well. Rebecca, the store manager/ supervisor told us she was going to put her head in a wall and that there was nothing else she would do for us. Mind you they give a free gift for misspelling an engraving. We called corporate who hung up on us and refused to call us back. Who then called us and said they refuse to fix their mistake. I was supposed to propose next week. Now not only has my proposal been completely ruined I now have to return the rings due to the negative experience surrounding them. Thank you Tiffany’s and Rebecca for ruining what was supposed to be the best day of my life.

I came in here just to look mostly at the Lock bracelet on 2 tone. They did not have the one I was looking for, their store is small, but I wished they had more items especially since so close to Christmas. I did buy a T bracelet which I love. When I got it home I realized they did not include the pouch, only the box, and I had to call back twice to get it mailed out since they are 45 minutes away.

Tiffany & Co at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach offers so many types of jewelry , clothes', glasses and so much more. It is always a wonderful experience shopping at Tiffany & Co. We have been to several locations and this is one of the nicest in Florida to shop at.

Purchased numerous gifts for people, referred numerous coworkers and love buying myself a gift now and then. I am not a big ticket shopper but have never been treated badly because I shop in the silver section. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. Recently purchased 11 small jewelry boxes and Rachel (Manager I believe) was so helpful and never tried to upsell me. Brought my Starfish earrings to be cleaned and it was almost closing, I said I could get another day and the male advised he could get it done and also took my necklace. Some of these bad reviews I believe may speak more about the reviewer then the store. The employees are why I "RETURN TO TIFFANY"!
