This place is the best. Very friendly and informative staff, if you follow the guidelines you can easily lose weight! I’ve lost over 100 pounds doing this program, it most definitely works.

After using the Emsella chair at ThinWorks I’ve noticed a life changing difference. I’m no longer afraid to do high intensity workouts at the gym and don’t fear sneezing or coughing with a full bladder. It couldn’t have been easier and the ladies there are so professional and explained everything to me so I could understand. I’d highly recommend ThinWorks and the Emsella chair!
