Stopped in to see what's new. Not one person acknowledged my existence from time I walked in the front to to the time I walked out. I made the entire circle around. Plenty of time for the woman clerk to 'welcome', give eye contact or a nod. If we did that in the shop I owned, I wouldn't have had any business at all. Please don't use the tired excuse of being shorthanded. There was someone(s) in the back as well. Whatever happened to social graces? Don't worry, I'm embarrassed for you.

This is a great shoe store with a nice selection of brands for shoes and bags. I love that they have HOBO. It’s my favorite handbag. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.

The owners are great and the sales staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. As a client, it is so nice to be remembered and greeted!Shoe Spa offers a marvelous selection of COMFORTABLE, STYLISH, WELL MADE shoes - I never leave the store without at least one pair of "must haves".The location is central with access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, Military Trail - all very convenient.This was my review 4 years ago - I continue to visit, purchase and enjoy the selection, quality, staff and wonderful service!

This store specializes in comfort shoes, particularly brands like Naot and Sofft which can be ordered from Zappos. I like seeing the shoes and trying them on, though stock here is low. Today, I very nicely asked that the owner, who was waiting on me, put his mask on. We are having a resurgence of Covid and the clientele here is mostly over sixty, including me. Wow. What an ugly acting Trumper! We don't need masks in Florida, he says. There is no virus in this state. Either he is uneducated or just a died in the wool Trumper...emphasis on the death part. Stay out of this store if you don't want to support this kind of behavior. He could have put a mask on if asked to and then removed it when we left instead of being rudely political. Order your shoes on Zappos...or shop somewhere where they actually are nice and care whether you live or die.

I rarely shop online at retailers I don't know, but took a chance on The Shoe Spa because of the great looking, comfy shoes by name brands I recognized and like. I am so glad I did. My purchases came right away, were exactly as expected and were well packaged. Plus, the sales prices were unbelievably good! No need to shop Amazon when there are great little independent stores like this. Many thanks to The Shoe Spa for providing great customer service and renewing my faith in small online retailers.
