What a hidden gem! I was referred to Jewelry Doctor by a trusted family member and was blown away. The quality of their work is great, prices reasonable, and customer service amazing. I worked with Wes to design a necklace and his caring and attention to detail was extraordinary. So glad I have this local resource for anything jewelry related!

But she’s literal trash at her job most garbage human being to work here proceeds to argue with me about my items being fake “because they can just see it” it’s been tested certified as 10k gold not plated. I brought an Oakley watch to the jewelry doctor with a broken crystal. It was a millennium edition and had a special significance to me. We ordered the crystal off of eBay however it was advertised wrongly and I sent it back. Between Eric and Wes they got my watch fixed and back on my wrist. It took an amazing amount of effort to accomplish this and I am grateful. I recommend them highly.

i went in to sell one broken jewelry.. I even bright in my wedding set thinking I would seek it and get something new since I hadn’t been able to wear in 20 years. Wes suggest they update the rings. They changed the center stone to a larger one sized the rings from a 6 to an 8 and changed from yellow gold to white. I am thrilled with the results. Thanks to Wes and all the staff!!!!

We go to the JEWLERY doctor for all our needs. The did a great job resizing my engagement ring. I was super nervous about it. All my life I thought I was a 7.25 until I got my engagement ring and it was huge on me. They sized my finger and I’m actually a 5! The ring looks and fits great and they did it quickly!I’ve had earrings, necklaces and bracelets fixed here.More recently the stone in my engagement ring broke. It was quartz and I loved it. However since quartz is only a 7 on mohs hardness scale I knew we needed to go with something harder to make this ring last a lifetime. They went over all our options from mosanite to diamonds. We picks a stone and the turn around was a little over a week for them to get the stone and reset it in my ring. I was very very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

I had a difficult resizing needed for a platinum ring that was US 6.75 and needed to be resized to US 1.5. Not only were they able to make this happen- they turned it around in one business day. I am so so happy with the quality. Everyone at The Jewelry Doctor is so sweet and welcoming as well.

I needed a new battery for my Rolex Oysterquartz. The price is usually $20 or less. The Jewelry Doctor quoted $65 plus tax to change the battery. I paid and picked up my watch the next day. Forty-five minutes after leaving the store, the watch stopped. I was told the battery they installed might have been defective (even after they tested it) or, my Rolex needed cleaning or my watch needed repair. On the way out they door, they mentioned my watch was quite valuable and asked if I would I like to sell it. Instead of returning, I took my watch to authorized Rolex service in West Palm Beach. They changed the battery; told me that Rolex doesn't charge for new batteries and my watch and I are ticking along. When was the last time you were charged $65 for a dead battery (if they even changed it).

Took my ring to get sized they held it for a month and when I received it back the 2 stones were removed and replaced with stones they carved themselves. The first picture is the original ring the 2nd is what I was given back.

Brought my cuban link bracelet to get it sized and told them to make it 8.5 inches long, they told me it would take about 2 weeks which I was perfectly fine with. They called me a week and a half later saying it was ready for pickup. After picking up the bracelet, they made it 8 inches by mistake. I brought it back the same day to get it fixed again. One of the workers told me they properly sized it even though I measured it and knew they made it 8 inches by mistake. Another worker even measured it and agreed with me saying it wasn't properly sized. After dropping it off again, they called me a week later and told me it was ready for pickup. After picking it up for the second time, they properly sized it this time. However, during the process of resizing, they managed to dent one of the links to the point where it will not hang straight. Bringing this to another jeweler that clearly cares since this one doesn’t.

I have a watch my father bought me years ago. Bucherer in NYC and Movado headquarters said they could not fix it. I made a few calls and brought it to Florida and these guys fixed it at a very reasonable price. I can’t thank them enough.A wonderful and talented group of people. I recommend them highly.

Couldn't recommend this business more. Wes handles all transactions professionally. I recently had a stone replaced on my anniversary ring. He treated this transaction as if it was a labor of love. I will go to no other jeweler and trust no other. When I have items repaired, they give me honest opinions and fair prices. Ron does all work on the premises and doesn't send out like others. One of the best !
