I have had multiple good experiences here but I wanted to specifically compliment a young man named Rubin who helped me locate an item today, check out and assist in loading it in to my car. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I hope they reward him - he is a wonderful employee!

Unfortunately home Depot is in a robotic state of mind. It's sad that when you go to the checkout, you have ring your items by yourself. The store needs to compensate me for my time. And the worst thing is when you go to check out they make a democratic line that you have to walk through like a maze. And it's so sad and unfortunate. Home depot, wake up and hire more employees and get rid of this robotic system of mind that you guys have

I’ve been here multiple times with different issues and every time, without fail, I meet some ignorant worker with a bad attitude who has little to zero knowledge of parts and electronics. For some reason they only hire DEI and it shows because the once you experience the room temperature IQ points the staff here have it will infuriate you.

Yesterday, I was at Home Depot juggling my two small children and I asked a store employee whether they had a specific Halloween decoration in stock. He could have just said “no” and that would have been fine. Fortunately for me though, the tall man that I had approached was “Mike”—the nicest and most helpful Home Depot staff member that I have ever encountered. Mike really went out of his way to help me. He made significant efforts to confirm that the product was no longer in stock, gave me a list of stores that had it, and called around to other stores to confirm availability. He also offered to break down the store model if I wanted it. Mike spent a lot of time with us and far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Mike, I found exactly what I was looking for.

Disaster!!! Never get a delivery from here!!! 3x they have delivered me the wrong BBQ!!! I still don’t have the right one! The lady today who was supposed to call me today never called me.
Anthony told me yesterday in person that Tammy was going to call me to coordinate the swap and of course I didn’t get a call. This is insane!!! The amount of time I have spent just trying to deal with their screwups to get the correct BBQ I purchased is insanity!
Never ever go here!!!
I still don’t know when I’ll get the correct BBQ.
I am never going to ever spend $1 more at HomeDepot unless they make this right.
This location regarding deliveries is the biggest epic disaster I’ve ever seen in my life. Avoid deliveries from here at all costs because I promise you the headache and time is not worth it!
