This was my first time visiting the store. I was shopping for party goods for a friend's birthday party. I also wanted to shop for personalized stationary. The selection of party supplies is terrific and the service provided me by Susan was wonderful! I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Perfect spot to find any gift, decor or hostess need! Decor is always unique and beautiful, you can find gifts for anyone in this store, kids included! Customer service is great, the ladies are always helpful. Their gift wrapping skills are superb!

Not sure if this actually was a legitimate company at one time but it no longer operates like one. Phone numbers on their website are no longer I. Service several email addresses are no longer active, corporate office phone has a "full mailbox" and calls are not answered. If you place an order you do not receive confirmation of your order in a timely fashion. By the time I finally heard from them I had already canceled my credit card to keep my credit safe.

I visited this store for the first time last night and I am so happy I did! I had been looking for a special gift for some time and the two sweetest ladies helped me find it. Great store with great staff and products!

We attempted to enter the store at 7:40 on a Saturday. There was a staff member at the door holding it closed mouthing "we're closed". The posted hours on the door were 8PM. I would not shop here if they are that eager to leave on a Saturday night.

I was in West Palm Beach for Ma's 85th Birthday and wanted nice napkins and paper plates for the celebration. Swoozie's came up on Yelp for a party planning store. Beautiful layout with themed decor for every occasion you may be pondering. This location is behind the Garden's Mall in Palm Beach Gardens. There is street parking as well as a covered garage. There is a clearance table in the rear of the room... I bought from the main items in the store and scored some napkins and plates for our impromptu soiree. Some items are pretty pricey but you are in an area that 'in theory' can afford the cost. I found the customer service to be fine... but I am also engaging when I walk into a store where people might treat me suspiciously. Which I will point out didn't happen here. Respectfully Reviewed.

We did not feel welcome there at all. Staff was constantly staring at us, not smiling or asking us if we needed help. Even when I made eye contact and smiled several times I got a cold shoulder.

I hadn't been here in years and decided to go back now that I'm living in the area again, remembering them as a good gift store. They still are but driving up from Ft. Lauderdale for poor, poor service once again - I won't be going back. There were 2 people working Friday night ...the store was not busy and both were standing behind the counter totally oblivious to customers talking between them and then on their phones...I was in the store for about an hour. Their service is seriously (still) horrible and they're SOOOO aloof. Find somewhere else that appreciates you as a customer and values your business.

Swoozies was inspired by a mother who longed for a one stop shopping experience for all the gifts a person might need to buy for birthdays, weddings, teachers, hostesses, etc. Kelly worked with her husband David who had extensive retail experience and they opened the first Swoozies in Buckhead, Atlanta Georgia in 2001. There are now 10 Swoozie's locations including this one in Palm Beach Gardens. The store is well organized and has a lot of great gifts items, wrapping, greeting cards and stationary. Everything is invitingly displayed. I love their sweet Halloween decorations and they had an extensive selection of my favorite Scout bags. They had a Florida themed Scout bag that I had never seen before and fell in love with and honestly may have to go back for. They also carry games, children's items, home decor, and kitchen items. The inventory is brand name and can be very pricey. I was interested in a pillow featuring my daughter's college UCF and it was over $200! A decorative dish towel was a more affordable $15.They had many items I have not seen elsewhere and it was fun to explore this store with my girlfriends.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered something at least a week ago have not heard anything about the order. I emailed multiple times and tried to call and called our local store to no avail. STAY AWAY do not give them your business.

I called before I decided to drive over here 30 minutes later after I confirm they had the exact invitation I needed for a football game only to find they don't have it. Don't waste your time look elsewhere

Very bright and cute store. Staff could be a little bit more festive and Holiday spirited. Prices are a little steep, but compared to where the place it could be priced for the area.
