They no longer give bags for orders with multiple items in the drive thru. I had to carry five items plus a hot drink. The rep at the window said their bags are saved for delivery orders only.

Good experiences so far. Haven't ordered any food aside from a cake pop, we just get lattes. Good service and it's not usually super busy.

Had the most amazing experience today! Makayla and Paul really went above and beyond. I ordered something that I thought had foam on it and it didn’t! I mentioned that I thought it did and they fixed it, I even offered to pay and they wouldn’t let me! They did it as a courtesy. They were both soooooo personable, telling me to have a great day, super knowledgeable about everything and suggestive! Truly the best customer service experience and they made amazing drinks! Thank you so much.

This store has wonderful employees that are doing their best. Many days I walk into this store and there is a ridiculous amount of customers in the lobby bombarding the employees. Despite this, the employees do their best to get the orders out and satisfying the customers, and for that I applaud them.

Ordered a drink I saw online. Hazelnut chocolate Cooke something. Waiting more than 20 minutes for this drink. Mike looked at the tag for this drink and shook his head and stated under his breath “I’m not dealing with that” and placed the tag to the side, which happened to be the drink I was waiting for. I sat there waiting as everyone else who had come in before got their drinks. The shift supervisor came in a little later and he gave it to him stating “you can do this one”. The shift supervisor very nice made my drink. Had to wait 20 min because of Mike. Maybe he was having a bad day.

‼️BEWARE‼️‼️BEWARE‼️ ‼️BEWARE‼️ ‼️BEWARE‼️‼️BEWAREI made an order at the drive-thru, and the total came out to around $15. The man who took my order. He added a $5.00 tip without my knowledge he did not give me a receipt. I checked my bank statements, and it said it was over $20, and he did not ask me if I wanted to tip, which I wouldn't want to because I'm in the drive-thru. Starbucks is pretty much robbing me, so make sure you ask for a receipt and make sure your total matches the receipt because they're adding tips without your consent.
