Not the best customer service. Sleep number just says “call this number”. I paid $8000 for a bed I have nothing but trouble with but can’t get a “real person” to help.

Anton was our salesperson. What a nice guy. He did all he could to determine our needs. He answered all our questions, showed us different options on the mattresses and showed us our sleep numbers on the digital display in their showroom. It's a good starting number for us to begin a great nights sleep. The showroom was very clean and he provided sanitary pillow covers which made me feel better about laying on the beds. I also texted him several times before our delivery and he promptly got back in touch to reassure me that all will be fine.
He suggested linens which I thought were pricey, but when I asked if I could buy linens elsewhere, he told me just what size would fit the split king bed. I was told we had a 100 day trial and if we were not happy we could return or exchange the mattress.
We decided on a mattress, but I got sticker shock when I saw the price of the base was not included in the price I saw online for the mattresses. I did not do enough research. I also was perplexed about the no return policy of the base. I did read that other mattresses from other companies might fit on the base, so that is something. Fingers crossed we will enjoy many years sleeping on our smart mattress. We were very pleased with the service from Anton and the delivery team of Jose and Raul.

Sleep Number beds are in my view the best product snd service in the industry and my local store in the Alton shopping district o Palm beach gardens reflects this as well. Great people and products.

Our sales consultant in the store Cory was wonderful, showed us the mattresses, answered our questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. So far one of the best experiences purchasing a mattress.

Mary and her new associate Conor took excellent care of me and fully explained the sleep number technology to me. This was one of the easiest larger ticket item buying experiences I’ve ever had. They showed me three separate beds and broke down the Veterans Day sale. Before I realized it I was buying within a new mattress and setting up the app within 30 minutes. These beds really do sell themselves. I am happily counting down the days until my sleep improves! Thank you both again! I highly recommend this location for ALL of your sleeping needs. I’ll absolutely be sending in referrals and will be back soon.

I’m so lucky to have this store nearby. I went in to finally get a pillow to pair with my bed, the store was clean and comfortable. The store associate was wonderful, she helped me get in and out of the store with the right pillow fast. Thanks Danielle!

The lady in the store who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. But we made a huge mistake buying a sleep number. The bed was very loud and took an unreasonably long amount of time to change the sleep number when we received it. But it was very quiet in the store. We believe the pump was broken, but we were told we have to wait for a tech to come out and then wait even longer for them to order the part. We decided to return it so we would not have to constantly deal with it breaking.

Clean and friendly sleep number store. Mary made my sale very comfortable, she's very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I must have asked 20 questions and I never felt rushed once. I would highly recommend this store and Sleep Number beds. Check them out!

They do not share that the base is not returnable. ALL BE AWARE - the 100 night trial is not true... you still are out on the base and stuck with it.

She went above and beyond to answer any questions I had (and help me entertain my 2 year old son who was with me 😄), and I am so happy with my purchase of a smart bed!
