Store had a large selection. Girls walk around you as if you are going to steal by perfume section. Made me really uncomfortable.

I went here to get my quinceañera makeup done and Isabelle/isabella did my makeup and when i saw it i was jumpscared i honestly felt disrespected seeing the result of that makeup. Looked NOTHING like what i asked for she painted everything brown and in the picture there was little to no brown. As soon as i walked out the store i wiped off all of the makeup and had my cousin do it that’s how horrendous the makeup was. The lady was very nice she had good customer service but that makeup was not it.

I love going to Sephora at the Gardens mall! Everyone is so nice and helpful! And their products are wonderful. I love how you can try everything! I didn’t know that they did skin treatments there! I recently had a hydra facial by Carol and it was amazing!! My skin has been glowing for days ever since!

I got my makeup done by Danielle S. She was so kind and patient. She informed me about color pallet and suggested I try red eye shadow… game changer! I booked a full face but only did the eyes and we used the rest of the time for her to teach me to put on lashes! Omg they are so much easier and look phenomenal on me! Thank you Danielle, you are amazing!

I recently moved from Charlotte North Carolina, and up there they had absolutely fantastic workers at all of the locations. Workers that I miss dearly and were there to actually help you versus upsell you. They would tell me the truth, even if it meant buying elsewhere and I valued and respected them for that.
So let’s talk about the Gardens Mall location…
Mariah and Danielle are the only saving grace for this location.
My first visit I was trying to find something that they did not have in stock (to their knowledge but not mine) and instead of just saying that they can order it for me, the lady told me she was in a rush. There were other people looking at stuff so she had to hurry up with me. She literally gave me a bag with a bunch of stuff in it and told me to figure out what I wanted all within five minutes. It was very chaotic and hectic. Right there I felt how this store is managed because if she could not simply dedicate a couple minutes to me when she was available initially then I’m really not sure what the issue is.
Luckily I met Mariah, She said “you know what you like but it’s out of stock. I’m going to order it for you and have it shipped to your house” and I even paid for expedited shipping.
Easy.
Like it should be.
I needed an item delivered while I was at work so I signed up for same-day delivery, and the item arrived, opened with the box, soaking wet inside of a tiny Sephora bag stapled shut at my front door.
So this is the second time now I’m going to the store and the one lady asked me if she can help…
I told her what I was looking for. I showed her that it said in stock and instead of staying on topic, she starts the sellers pitch…” Well, what do you need for?” That’s pretty aggressive when somebody asks for an item. Can you imagine if you went grocery shopping and every item you grabbed somebody said that to you.i said I was looking for just this product in particular and not another, She then proceeded to patronize me by telling “HAVE A BLESSED DAY SIR”.
I’m a man but that doesn’t mean I should be treated differently if I choose to care for my skin.
Maybe she missed the memo. But the Repetitious “HAVE A BLESSED DAY SIR” Got old Quickly.
So I walked away because I just don’t want to deal with drama. Seems to be an ongoing theme to this location.
Then proceeded right over my shoulder to try to explain herself to the manager, and it was absolutely ridiculously childish. She’s a grown woman.
I finally see Mariah and Danielle walked by, and I asked Danielle for her opinion on certain ingredients for oily skin, and she found the perfect product for me no questions asked, and then I checked out easy as that.
TLDR;
It seems unfortunately, age is a factor of service here. The younger employees Below 60 years old, seem to be more receptive, and willing to help those who are a man or are younger than they are.
It’s a wild world we live in and spending your money at Sephora should not be one of them.

Incredibly cramped, headache-inducing smell, and loud. Good selection of products though.

If I could zero stars I would. I tried to ask someone for help for a color match no one would help me. Until I came up to another lady from waiting 10 minutes. She made me try 2 shades just to try and sell me it. Walk away, when I wanted a color match. The things she made me try didn't even match.
