This is the best branch that Seacoast Bank has. I've always had excellent service and the personnel bend over backwards to make sure all of your questions have been answered and any issues resolved. Lisa especially stands out for me as she's the one that takes care of any notarizing that I need done. She's been very, very helpful to friends that have started new accounts with seacoast. I always tell any one that I come into contact with about banking, to go in and talk to Lisa, she'll get you squared up.

As a small local business we were extremely selective in the process of choosing which bank to trust our business with .. It has been absolute pleasure & convenience banking with the family over at Seacoast (PGA)Although each location has been helpful when we’re visiting, our home base is PGA & it’s because of the employees & there constant top tier customer service. Helen & Lisa have been with us since the beginning & I cannot speak highly enough of them, truthfully each and every employee for that matter.The services & customer service we receive from these ladies & gentleman specifically is outstanding and 5+ years of fantastic service.We thank you guys so much for everything you go above and beyond for !

I want to personally thank Helen Hutt for the care, patience and understanding she displayed when serving my in-laws. This is a dramatic change in their lives, having been in one small place in a country town for 65 years, and now moving down here with us in WPB. Helen made the banking change as comfortable and smooth as possible, with displayed consideration for their trepidation, angst and worries. Helen was awesome and clearly "senior focused." I came in looking for financial assistance and Helen was more than willing to support me and help me out! She got me on the right track to setting up my first credit card and even went a step further as to call and check in on me a few days later! I’ve been with seacoast for over 7 years now this was definitely one of the best locations I’ve been too!

I would give negative stars if I could. I come in to cash a check and Lisa Sarache was my clerk. She seemed from the beginning that she could care less about me. She didn’t say hi or anything like that. However, she was smiling and being kind to other clients that came in. Anyways, she couldn’t cash my check then deposit the cash due to some policy. I don’t have time to wait 24 hours for it to be available in my account,I need to get supplies for the storm. She then proceeds to call my main SeacoastBank (who is ALWAYS busy). And no one answer. she won’t cash it for another reason, my account has been over withdrawn 19 times this year. That was so rude. I work 3 jobs to make ends meet. I have no consistent financial help from anyone else and I have over $2000 in bills every month. Her disrespect and heartlessness was cruel and if I wasn’t impressed with my other bank I would have closed the account. Bankers, don’t make your clients feel less than for not making a lot of money. Trust me, we’re trying and the lack of money that I struggle with can be suffocating. And Lisa Sarache, try to be kinder to your clients, cause those words made me feel less than.

I have been a customer of SeacoastBank in Palm Beach Gardens for more than 10years. Everyone there has always been kind, helpful, and professional in every interaction I’ve had whether it was by phone or in person. Most recently, I have been going through the process of buying a home in New Jersey. Trying to get funds to me in time for deadlines could have been very stressful but Pam Smith made it happen easily. Thank you Seacoast for such great service!!

I moved my banking business to Seacoast when SunTrust merged with BBT. I prefer small banks where one generally speak to someone in a position of authority and personnel generally care. That IS the case with Seacoast and particularly my branch: Palm Bch Gardens. All of the staff are wonderful but a standout is Lauren H. who recent went above and beyond to work out the complicated logistics of a lease buy-out finance transaction. There is no match for the comfort of having someone specific to contact and ultimately resolve issues rather than the random "whoever answers the phone" treatment at most other banks. Special kudos also go to Mary J. in mortgage loans who acted the same. Great Bank!
