I got what I needed. Customer service so so. As my daughter and I walk in to the store, no greeting from the sales people. My hubby walks in later and he receives an enthusiastic welcome. The elderly salesman was efficient but cold. I had to ask for new stock on a belt as he was wrapping the one on display. Customers don't remember the price of what they bought, but they never forget how they were treated. I'm not going back to this store.

The customer service of the elderly sales associate was so bad. Customers will not remember the price they paid but they will always remember how they were treated. Was not surprised to see the others' very low ratings. Definitely not going back.

Salvatore Ferragamo, an Italian luxury goods designer company. They specialize in leather goods, time pieces, clothing, belts, and my favorite shoes. For several weeks, I had been shopping for shoes for a potential business meeting that I was unsure would ever occur. I had visited this Ferragamo location twice, and it was my second visit that I found the most surprisingly enjoyable. The sales representative that assisted me was just wonderful and very accommodating. It was the best shopping experienced I have had ever, and I am not fond of shopping for myself at all. Although Ferragamo offers luxury high-end Italian goods, the store requires representation that lives up to their brand, and the sales representative that assisted me was that person

I drive up from Fort Lauderdale to go to this store opposed to going to the Miami stores. This store is always so quick! I always find what I’m looking for and the associates are very polite.
