Had us wait in a long line for the fitting rooms and refused to open the larger ones instead choosing to make us wait 30 minutes for a single fitting room in the front of the store

Unfortunately, I don't know if it's the customers in this area that's are just disrespectfully messy or this store is known for this. It was very disorganized, and things were on the floor and just a mess. So I gave three stars because the gentleman who took care of us he was so nice and helpful when he charged us. We also found what we needed , which was just some sweaters since the temperature dropped.

I call to see if they have a product in store that is trending on TikTok and the guy answers “what do you want” no “Hi this is Ross , how can we help you?” I don’t understand why people are so miserable at their jobs ? Horrible service! This guy should definitely be fired
