Went to the location from Google maps and it does not exist. Went to the next closest. As a walk-in had my 81 year old mom waiting for over two hours and had other walk ins go before her.. Staff was borderline rude which I ignored.

I visited this PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens location today for blood work. I was seen relatively fast as I had an appointment. As someone who gets extremely nervous with needles, getting greeted with a friendly smile sure made me feel better. I had my blood work drawn by Tonya B. She knew I was nervous, but her friendly personality had me smiling and laughing. She was EXCELLENT! I barely felt the needle. I truly don’t understand the low reviews for this location. This is the second time I have been there and both times I had blood drawn by wonderful women. I highly recommend this location.

If you the opportunity to take your blood or any other test in other locations, go it and save a bad experience, the woman was so disrespectful and rude.

They close at 3:30 with no signs saying that they stop taking patients any earlier. Staff member comes out and refuses to take us after checking in as a walk-in at 3:16. She says they are short staffed directs us 12 mins down the road to A1A because “they have 10 people and close at 4. So A1A can take me 20 mins before they close but you can’t take me 15 mins before your site does? Either provide better instructions for walk-ins so we avoid going to locations past the time you will accept patients or hire staff that want to work. We were the only people in the waiting room for labs on one person. On the bright side the A1A location is fantastic, clean, and friendly. While I was waiting on my husband 2 others were called and I was asked if I was waiting or needed help. At 3:45 with just me in the waiting room a tech walked out asked if I was waiting to be seen and offered to take me. Customer service matters!

As usual my lab experience at the Palm Beach Gardens Center was very professional, easy to talk with the tech, (Tonya T.). I especially am appreciative of how she explained procedures so I could understand. The Center was very clean, organized and inviting. Tonya is a wonderful spokesperson for Quest. Finally, her touch in drawing blood is gentle and hardly felt a thing. A very positive experience.

I realize this is a busy location but does not justify technicans with a RUDE uncaring attitude. I had an appointment and was SKIPPED over as the name board cleared and I waited an hour for my name to be called. There was a tiny Waiting room packed with people so I waited just outside the glass door. I had a walker and am disabled, the tech who called me in had a bad attitude from the start. Acted like I was there bothering her. I asked if she could draw from my opposite arm as I had blood drawn the previous day somewhere else. She stated very rudely "ONLY if you have a vein if you don't I can't do it!" Then she purposely jabbed the needle hard into my arm. This was clearly intentional as I am a retired 18 year paramedic and disabled, I have done thousands of blood draws and IVs in my career and she purposely did this because of a bad day. I was bruised for days and I have great veins. Never again. I am using a DIFFERENT location.

Worst quest ever. Not only is the staff rude but you can always expect that at a quest, the wait time WITH an appointment is crazy. Waited an hour and a half with an appointment. Came to drop off and had to wait another hour. So ridiculous don't know how they're still in business.

Horrible location that should be shut down. Terrible attitude with staff. Terrible functioning, no customer service. You will wait for hours WITH an appointment. Staff obsessed with covid masks telling people they need to wear them and it’s the law?! Insanity. Needs to be shut down

Complete trash. Terrible people, not professional, horrible attitude, run 1-2 hours behind appointments, no people to check in only a machine that old people don't know how to use. It's a shame. Shame on them. They should shut down.

The website indicated no appointment needed, but the receptionist said walk-ins were no longer possible, and appointments were required. I wish the website was up to date!

Even with the appointment, the wait is at least an hour. The phlebotomist is nasty, rude, condescending and unpleasant.

I get blood drawn every 6 months and never have the best experience. Today I had the absolute best experience with Sheek! I had to get 14 viles filled!!!!!! She got my vein (which is very small and hard to get) first try and got all 14 viles same day. She was so kind and gentle. I truly am in disbelief how good of N experience I had. I came in with such fear too and left smiling from ear to ear.Sheek is an earth angel and the best phlebotomist I’ve ever witnessed in all 34 years of my life (tons of blood draws too) thank you quest pga for always being a way better experience overall than any other location
