Sign in and your name is posted on an electronic patient board in order of sign in. The whole experience was quick, efficient and pleasant. The blood work results were sent to my physician the next day. Simple as that.

Quest needs to fix its mobile check in system. I checked in for my app on my phone, got the verification and waited an hour just to find out the system never checked me in. Everyone else was waiting 30+ minutes past their appointment time as well.

The process is very impersonal. Very robotic atmosphere, along with an extremely long wait. Wasn't pleased at all.

Tonya, my phlebotomist went out of her way to help me. She truly cared about me. It’s difficult to find employees like her these days that understand what customer service means.

Great location & easy online appointments.
Everyone I have met that works there is pleasant and polite. I always have an early appointment so I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes. I have been coming here for 4 years and have had no issues.

I walked in several minutes early for my appointment, I registered and sat down, I noticed the staff talking rudely to another client in front of everybody in the waiting room. it was standing room only with several standing outside.
I overheard her saying they were running behind, they were short staffed. 5 minutes later they called me in and I simply asked “are you sure you have the correct Susan? “ also, I’ll add they didn’t appear to be shortstaffed at all. There was someone in every single room working.
It turns out she didn’t know my last name and by the time she figured it out, I was sent back out into the waiting room again for half an hour. When I was called back in again, the phlebotomist didn’t even say hello, or tell me where to put my bag or direct me in anyway whatsoever.
She started typing her computer for what seemed like a very long time, maybe 10 minutes, she got up and down and left the room a few times. When she was finally ready to draw my blood, I had to ask her to change her gloves. She was going to do it without changing them! After touching the keyboard, opening the waiting room door and going out of the room several times doing God knows what, from that point on it only went more downhill. She got my vein the first time, I’ll give her that much, but the really bad part was she took pleasure in hurting me. the rolling of the eyes, the bad attitude and the sarcastic tone in her voice as she wiggled the needle around and jabbed every time she had to switch out the tubes. She would jerk it and wiggle it repeatedly. I moaned a little bit and she said to me
“oh, that doesn’t hurt!” sarcastically I might add ,by that time, I had had enough. I told her to please not tell me how to feel. There are some cruel, unprofessional people working in this establishment. It’s been over a week since I gave blood. I still have a bad bruise on my arm and I do not bruise that easily. Those girls are crazy and I am never going back to that place ever again, and I advise you stay away as well. Quest literally should fire that entire office.

No one to answer the phone in the office. They don't have an actual person. If you have questions, once you get here, they don't have a person to answer questions. The people who work here coming in and out to get the patients are rude and don't want to answer any questions. You have to wait until someone who actually works here to walk out into the waiting room. How about getting someone in the office to greet people and answer questions. Never again will I come to this location. Go somewhere else.

Its been 8 days, my Dr still has not received my lab results...No human answers the phone. This center truly does NOT care about you. I've sent 3 emails on the quest app with no return answer. STAY AWAY, absolutely the worst uncaring place. Now 10 days no results, no email back, no place to call ...Quest PBG is the does not care about their patients...

I came in on a Saturday for a HCG quantitative blood test to find out my HCG count which determines the viability of my pregnancy compared to an earlier HCG quantitative test and she assigned me a qualitative test instead which tells me NOTHING. Now the Dr has NO COMPARATIVE INFORMATION to use. She wasted my money and my time and caused me extremely anxiety and stress. I still don’t know the viability of my pregnancy because of her massive screw up. I will be disputing this blood test due to her gross negligence.

UPDATE, after speaking with billing management, this entire thing could have been avoided. The testing site was 100% incorrect, and didn’t handle any of my paperwork or the codes correctly to include the discount. Quest billing department was shocked they tried to charge me the non-discounted rate, AND that they didn’t know how it worked at the lab.
HORRIBLE!
I had an appointment for a specialized test, was given the FULL cost ahead of time, and a rough estimate of 50% off when I came for my appointment, and my doctor’s paperwork stamp.
I do not have insurance , which they knew.
They took two walk ins before me.
Then the guy who called me back had no idea how to use the computer system, and didn’t know about the red stamp discount code on my paperwork. He had to call someone else in to train him, and had messed it up so much they had to start all over.
Once that was done, I was AGAIN quoted an almost $700 cost, and was told that WAS the discount, despite being told over the phone, TWICE, that that was the FULL price, and it WOULD BE discounted at the site.
I left without this very important test being done, after waiting a week for the appointment, and now cannot keep my follow up appointment with my doctor because I can’t afford the test.
Don’t believe their quotes, because your time and health is NOT important at this place.

Went to the location from Google maps and it does not exist. Went to the next closest. As a walk-in had my 81 year old mom waiting for over two hours and had other walk ins go before her.. Staff was borderline rude which I ignored.
