I love this pharmacy! We left a Publix pharmacy of 20 years that we loved, but this one in our new neighborhood is equally good. The techs and pharmacists are always willing to answer questions, whether we call or are in the store, and they are very professional yet friendly! We feel very comfortable there.

The new pharmacy manager is rude and horrible to disabled patients. This manager should be fired for the way she spoke to a patient who was trying to get medication delivered. The same medication she had delivered for over 6 months.After years of going to this Publix she will be leaving. She was a good patient to this pharmacy even after they gave her a medication that she was highly allergic to and was clearly labeled on her chart. Publix needs to council her on her behavior and reconsider their choice in leadership.

Just got out of this store finishing a instacart order and one of the cashiers (DEBRA) more than 1 time denied to take care of the order only cuz she knows that I'm doing instacart And made me move from one cashier to another one! Im not sure if because im latina she doesnt want to take care of me! But its really unprofessional to do that We are working as well,And customer service need to always not matter what be 100%

This is a very nice store. Unfortunately there's a woman that works there who's very nasty and rude at all times she's a cashier sometimes but she's always rude and crazy. Her name starts with a d and ends with a b. She ruins the whole environment of the store.

Disappointing experience at the deli!! Olga was more interested in talking to the other girls than processing my order totally disregarding me. For my other order she went to the end of the counter and instead of bringing it to me she just pushed it on the top of the counter and because I was unable to rich it the other girl slid the order toward me. Some of the ladies in the store are also very unwelcoming since this store opened-up. Complaints in this store are not taken very seriously so they do whatever they want.

I called once and nobody bothered to answer the phone; it just rang forever. However in person they are all polite and helpful, and they even got me a discount I didn't earn once on a very expensive prescription, so I would still recommend them.
