Wow! I just switched to Praetas Technologies and what a difference! I truly wish I had found them sooner. They streamlined our computer system, we now have a failover system that actually works and allows the whole office to keep running if the internet is down. Which is so important since we need the internet to see our scheduling system and we have VOIP phones. We are all set now so if needed they can remote in and make adjustments to computers. Now we really do have FAST internet and a reliable system. Everyone was very professional and efficient and I am totally impressed! Thank you so much!

I was in a bad place, a death in the family had occurred and all of a sudden my Gateway desktop computer could not connect to the internet, not being tech savvy, I tried everything I could to try for a connection to no avail.I needed to be able to receive , print , scan , download and send so many documents to deal with everything to provide a half dozen people and organizations with death certificates, life insurance companies and all.I needed help and located PRAETAS TECHNOLOGIES and they were within a few miles of my home.My internet card died and needed replacement, due to the cost of replacing it on a 8-10 year old computer, they provided one of their custom built home computer for me at a very reasonable cost, AND, they came to my home to set everything up and showed me all my features available to me. They also provide tech support if I get stuck and can’t figure out what to do.All this was completed within 3 hours of calling them.I can’t be more happy, as I stated, I am definitely not tech savvy . If I tried to do everything they did I would still be having problems getting started and would have spent way too much money too.They did not oversell me like the box stores would have. I am extremely pleased with the services provided and because of that plan to have them assist me with a entertainment system soon, like tomorrow.I know things will go well.NOTE: do not waste your precious time reading instructions and setting up your own computer or entertainment systems , the moderate amount of money spent with a tech from PRAETAS will definitely GO A LONG WAY!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The only place I trust to work on my computer. They are quick to get to diagnosing and providing quote which is extremely fair. They had it done in 24 hours. Definitely feel my electronics are in good hands with them. They genuinely care about great customer service and they are experts so you can feel confident your electronics are in the best of hands.

Today while working on my MacBook Air I experienced some glitches that had me concerned, especially with all that I hear of people's computers being hacked or some virus that has ruined someone's life. As much as I felt like I really didn't have time to first, source a trustworthy place to bring my computer and then secondly, have to be without my computer while they completed their scan or whatever it is they do, I was too concerned about the alternative had I decided not to do anything at all. Long story short, my assumptions/concerns were soo wrong. I called Praetas Technologies and couldn't be happier that I did. There was no run around nor was I even placed on hold. The young man, Steven, that answered the phone could not have been kinder, more understanding of my concerns, or handled it any better than he did. He walked me thru the installation of Team Viewer so that I wouldn't have to be without my computer, would be able to see exactly what he was doing while he was doing it, and most importantly could get back to work as quickly as possible. Just now I'm able to get back to work with the peace of mind knowing that I am safely accessing my accounts and private documents without the concerns I previously had. From the moment I decided to call, it was hardly an hour before he was done (never had to even get up from my desk) not only addressing that main concern but also solving a couple of other issues I was having recently as well as performed the software update I didn't even realize I needed. Ok, so maybe this long story wasn't so short but I can't begin to express my gratitude for the job well done and the peace of mind that has come with it. WELL DONE STEVEN AND WELL DONE PRAETAS. You'll be added to my speed dial should I have any questions or concerns moving forward. THANK YOU!!
