“It was nice to have a grocery store less than a mile from my hotel. It had everything! Good food, great selection of delicious deli items, and a pharmacy. I got all the things I forgot to pack like my toothbrush, and tooth paste. Next time I visit Jupiter I won't stress about forgetting something!... And the lights came on the coolers one by one as you went by, then shut back off. Nice energy saving idea! It should be implemented across the whole country.”

“Love this place and the staff too! They are very time efficient and patient. You can tell they care about you and your medication haha They even offer flavors for your medication, which I fend really cool. Helps to get rid of that nasty back flavor some medications have.”

“Rob is the best pharmacist with the best staff in the area. Period. There's a reason Northlake Pharmacy has been in business so long with a competing CVS directly across the street and a Walgreens caddy corner.”

“Great Publix that was "outdated" and currently closed. I hear the renovation is until next year. An update on this would be great, pretty sure all of us neighbors did the same thing and showed up to an Under Construction sign EDIT Spring of 2025 is the ETA for re-opening :/ Great location and a very efficient and friendly staff on deck at all times. There was an old Presto! machine outside and the old layout with terrazzo.”

“No pharmacy will ever give u 100% satisfaction but these people try their hardest and always work for u to find the best solution. They get my recommendation. The younger kid who works the front also gives 100% and is always willing to help.”

“The Publix Pharmacy at Mirasol is exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to assist the customers.
Last week they filled a prescription immediately to help me before leaving town on a vacation.
They provide input when asked and also have a caring attitude.
The customer service is in rare air!!!”

“Pizza Slices. EXCELLENT. A positively profuse amount of Cheese on 2 large Slices. The Pepperoni Slice tasted even better than the Cheese Slice just because of the one Topping. Some people frown upon COSTCO'S Pizza even considering it not genuine. I can tell you that most Pizzeria Slices can't even match the tastiness of COSTCO'S Pizza. RECOMMEND.”

“Costumer service was top notch. Everything about the medication was explained to me clearly and the staff ensured I understood how to take prescribed medication before leaving.”

“I wouldn't normally leave a review for Walgreens because after the incident I experienced today I feel it's only fair to give credit where credit is due!! I had a replacement product from Apple that was covered under my Apple care, I received the package followed instructions & dropped off the package to Angela at Walgreens on the 11th, last night I received an email from Apple notifying me that I had 4 days remaining to return my replacement products or I was going to be charged $200. Clearly this was concerning because the package was sent FedEx express so it should have been delivered days ago. Long story short it seems like the FedEx driver that was assigned to pick up for that day, misplaced or failed to scan the package & as luck would have it, I didn't take a pic of the label beforehand & due to a very random glitch in their system Apple could not retrieve the label &/or tracking details to initiate a trace on the package. Well after many hours on the phone (this began at 7:30am this morning & it is currently almost 10pm & I just hung up with a manager from Apple) I spoke with Angela I believe she is the assistant manager at this Walgreens & Digna (I hope I spelled that correctly) the store manager, without hesitation they sat through an entire day of surveillance just to locate me on the recording to confirm that I did in fact drop off the package as I claimed. I don't know if many store managers &/or assistant managers that would invest this sort of time to help a random customer & if it wasn't for the two of them going above & beyond (literally they spent the entire afternoon on this task alone). I would not have had the slightest chance in resolving this situation with Apple so like I said I believe that they deserve to be recognized for their efforts to rectify a situation, they could have easily gotten out of by just providing any old excuse but they didn't & I'm grateful for that!”

“I see bad comments about this place, but I live very close and it is the only pharmacy I have within 0.2 miles, it has always been very good for me, the people have been very attentive to me, I have received my family's medications through insurance without No problem, it seems to me that the service has always been of quality and the place is always well stocked. I always find what I'm looking for and I love that. So I give them their 5 stars because they deserve them. They do a good job.”

“Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”

“Gotta love reviews where the reviewer is clearly the entitled person with unrealistic expectations. Is customer service lacking here- yea a bit but should you blame these employees? There is typically only one there working up front when I have been in, and with the self scans broken or malfunctioning every other customer- that one person is expected to be in 2 places at once. They have people there stocking during the day, but let's not assume they even know how to run a register, or have cleared a background check to handle cash. Maybe they haven't so we can't just assume the stock people should be running up to help you. As far as people complaining about workers' attitudes, I certainly can't blame them for being a little ornery for having to work in those conditions, they have been verbally abused by customers since covid started, I'm guessing forced to work more hours than they should because of Covid related understaffing that keeps persisting because corporate entities like this refuse to pay livable wages, cut benefits, and also like who wants a shitty low paid job working a register here if all the customers are going to be entitled jerks and completely lack patience? Not me that's for sure. But my actual experience is workers are friendly enough. No one has ever been outright rude to me or ignored me when the self scanner freezes up- which it does EVERY time lol. They offer help when it's clear they are needed. I however don't expect to be greeted or offered help out of the blue or just for walking through the door- I don't need nor want to interact with anyone if I can help it, it's just unnecessary and annoying. Now the pharmacy itself: prescription meds are a huge issue with all pharmacies in Florida- I've had issues at multiple ones, across all chains and supermarket pharmacies. I kid you not, I've had issues at every one in a 20 mile radius, and I believe it's a State regulation or bigger corporate issue. From what I've been able to learn every pharmacy can only order certain brands- or from certain labs or manufacturers. those brands are always unavailable, limited stock and sold out since they are the only ones they are allowed to order from... and what they can get is NEVER the brand that a goodRX coupon covers. It's infuriating. I'm sure the people working here are truly sick of hearing these complaints over something they have zero control over. I've asked around, and most Pharmacies apparently have no choice from which lab a medicine comes from, but what lab it comes from will greatly effect the customers price too. Only Florida seems to have this BS. Like the state made deals with certain manufacturers to only sell that brand here. At least this is what I suspect- as that's what happens when you let republicans get control. It mucks up the whole system. Otherwise, this place is a cvs like every other. They have all the things a typical cvs does. The prices are twice as much as Walmart - like every convenience store. They have a huge selection of greeting cards, more candy choices than you could want, all the last minute stuff you forgot to pack for your trip to the beach, and actually some decently priced deals on alcohol- beer/wine and some premixed canned cocktails. They will likely have the odd vitamin supplement your looking for, all the first aid stuff you might need, and a huge selection of cheap makeup that will get you through if you ran out of your Lancôme foundation and just can't get to the gardens mall. Will they be helpful and answer your medical questions and listen to you describe all your symptoms, & sit with you to figure out what OTC med you need- or will they recommend which shade of blush is best for your skin tone? no that's not their job, nor should it be.”

“I love this pharmacy! We left a Publix pharmacy of 20 years that we loved, but this one in our new neighborhood is equally good. The techs and pharmacists are always willing to answer questions, whether we call or are in the store, and they are very professional yet friendly! We feel very comfortable there.”

“We've been customers for over 15 years and happy with their pharmacy services. All their pharmacists do a good job dealing with all the insurances and doctors they have to deal with. They have to fill an amazing amount of meds every day but they still manage to get to everyone in line pretty quickly.”

“These guys probably don't get enough credit for getting stuff right, so I have to come on & give the ladies behind the pharmacy counter tonight some love. I saw my doctor around noon today. I got confirmation that they received my prescriptions at 12:21pm. Text message update came 30 minutes later that it was ready. Love the notices. I couldn't get in until later, and I very much appreciate the cashier checking my insurance, running my card again, and saving me a ton of money!! Only downside has been actually having to update my insurance information after having been to this location before. The disconnect is with the CVS app account vs. CarePass account. Bonus because I didn't have to get out of my car to pick them up!”

“Better help and pharmacy than the bay ridge, brooklyn Walgreens. They have a full stock of covid tests on a shelf near the pharmacy! Their holiday candy isle is always a good one to visit after holidays ! Lots of candy on sale!”

“Always been sohappy with Wonderful customer care at pharmacy- but, the wait in line & drive thru now due to under staffing now that you’re offering vaccines isn’t fair to customers especially if not feeling well- please add staff”

“I have been shopping at this CVS since it was built. I have been a loyal customer for years. It is in a convenient location, and offers an array of products to suit my needs. I also use extra bucks and digital coupons through your extra care portal on your app. I was just in the store this morning. Thank you CVS.”
