Kind, professional, one of a kind. A true diamond in the rough. Vince is an artisan master jeweler who will make anything you can imagine, and even helps with designs. He has made me many pendants, earrings, rings, and even my mother ring and engagement and wedding rings were made by him. I love that I will never have the same piece as someone else, and I receive nothing but compliments and questions about where my jewelry comes from. I literally never will go anywhere else. The best quality workmanship, knowledgeable expert staff, and true commitment to making every purchase satisfactory. The best.

Found a set of run-over diamond earrings in parking lot. Brought them into the jewelry store to see if they’re real and what not. The lady up front proceeded to take them from me and claim they belonged to a customer. Refused to give me the item that I brought in back…I said “So you’re just going to take them from me?” And her response was “Yes”.For all I know they just made that up and pocketed the diamonds for themselves. Regardless of the truth, finders keepers and I absolutely feel robbed.Let me just say it would be very different if the customer was there in front of me and was actively searching, of course I would give it back to the customer… Not the store to do whatever they want with it.It’s not only about the value that I found, it’s the principle that I was not giving back what felt like is mine… especially being found outside the establishment. Needless to say, I will not be back and will be filing a police report.

This place must be a complete rip off. Brought in an earring where main stone fell out of frame and needed to be reglued and prongs readjusted. They made a big deal out of it, measuring the stone and the frame and I don't know what else. The price to repair was $150.00. Virtually no inventory in the shop. Don't know how they stay in business except by ripping unknowledgeable people off. Took earring to another local jeweler. $18.00 for the repair.

The Jewelry shop is a hidden gem. I have used them to update a few pieces of Jewelry. The women in the shop are both creative and caring and trustworthy . No high pressure sales here. They want you to be happy and give their time, knowledge and smiles generously. Thank you for helping me to create new treasures.

Last minute before I leave to travel, my watch battery died. Although a difficult battery to replace, within 45 minutes I was set to go. Lovely service, fairly priced and a pleasure to do business with!

I brought in my parents beat up high school rings dating back to the 1950s. Both were beat up and Mom’s was missing a small pearl. Since my parents passed many years ago, I’ve been meaning to get these repaired and cleaned up. I saw the Jewelry Shop sign on the way to Publix and WOW, am I glad I did. The rings look brand new. Vince explained in detail what he would do and how he would do it. Very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend this shop. My first time there but won’t be my last.

I recommend potential customers call ahead for watch repairs with various merchants. This store now charges $50 for their outside watch repair person to perform an estimate. This diagnosis and estimate takes 2-3 weeks. $50 is deducted from repair cost if you use them. If you don't use them, then the $50 is non-refundable. Person on phone was very nice and straightforward. Hope this helps.

Amy and Jessica are great to deal with. They could not be nicer and their follow-through and communication is fantastic. I have brought so many pieces to them and they fix them quickly with very fair prices. I will always recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you for all you have done for me.

I have gone to the store to have repairs done. They do good work. There is concern for pricing. I went in Tuesday afternoon and was quoted a price. I waited an extra day for “while you wait Wednesday”. Otherwise it would have taken a week to put a simple catch on a charm. I visited the store right when it opened and was told the gold price had jumped overnight so it would cost more. That is what the salesperson told me. I said I was here yesterday. This is what you quoted. I believe the Jewler gave me the same price but I was very bothered by that. Additionally i was told that there would be an additional charge for Wednesdays because it’s done expressly while you wait or actually same day because I don’t wait. That was never disclosed to me until yesterday and I have been there a number of times having repairs done trying to support this small business. The work is fine but you have to make sure to address everything detail so that you don’t get additionally charged.
