"At 11 PM, I urgently brought my distressed Chihuahua to Pet Emergency on Northlake Blvd due to a severe cough. Despite the late hour and my stress, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Their care didn't stop there—they followed up with me over the next few days to ensure my dog's well-being. I'm deeply grateful for their dedication and professionalism during a challenging time."

I brought my dog here a couple of nights ago when she was not walking, incredibly lethargic, and was urinating herself laying down. I was expecting a long, expensive night ahead when I came to this emergency vet (as most are), and I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience. The veterinarian was knowledgeable and honest, and prices were cut and dry and explained to you thoroughly. They were also very reasonable. The nurse was also so sweet, and seeing I had anxiety about the whole thing and it was making me ill, brought me a little trash bag and tissues just in case. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience despite the situation at hand.

Dr. Sean and Nurse Shanille were very kind and informative regarding my Yorkie's emergency issue. Examination, medication and instructions were completed within an hour. Beautiful and clean facility.

Efficient, compassionate, friendly and extremely thorough in finding out the symptoms as well as Tank's medical history. Highly recommend Pet Emergency - they gave him the meds he needed and gave us relief and reassurance.

My 14 year old dog had an allergic reaction last Friday night. I googled closet emergency vet and came to center. Luna was barely able to breathe when we arrived. They rushed her back and started treatment within seconds. I was so thankful of the amazing care she received. I was able to take her home within a few hours.Thank you so much..

Yet another great experience, my vet was unable to get me in and I was afraid my male cat had a UTI so I was panicked to get in somewhere. I'm always hesitant with emergency clinics however this is the second time I've had to come here and I'm grateful I did. The staff was super friendly and took me in immediately. Considering it is an emergency hospital the price was less than I was expecting to pay at my regular vet which is always scary to think about. So overall very pleased. I will only go here in any event of emergency. Thank you!

Pet Emergency and Referral Center has been so helpful. The staff are kind, responsive, and professional. We never feel like a number here. We even got a call on a Sunday night with test results, and the doctor took his time addressing all of our concerns and answering all of our questions thoroughly. We live far away, but it's definitely worth the drive.

Our 3lb Pomeranian was choking on a treat, we rushed her to this emergency vet and could not be more thankful for them. They not only saved her life but treated us so well in such a stressful situation. We hope we never have an emergency again but in the event we do, we’ll definitely choose them. The entire staff are so caring and excellent. My furbaby was vomiting large amounts of blood and they did not waste any time getting him the care he needed . He ended up needing to stay in their care for 48 hours and they were always communicating to me what was going on ! They are extremely caring and knowledgeable! Thank you for Everything!
