I wanted to rave about Angel at PC Network Solutions. Yesterday my personal computer wouldn't turn on, and I was devastated to think I had lost years worth of photos and documents as I had failed to back up my files. Angel was very responsive and able to recover everything from my computer same day. He was a pleasure to work with, and I am so grateful for his expertise. I highly recommend PC Network Solutions for your IT needs.

I wish I had checked Yelp before bringing my printer to these guys. Yes, my experience was even worst than the others. I say that because I'm out a lot more money than the others. I took my HP Printer there for repair back in May. I felt uncomfortable right away since I could not talk to a technician to describe the issues. I was also told there would be a non-refundable diagnostic test run to determine the cause of the issue. Not sure if it was $Not too long afterwards I got a call saying they concluded it was the printheads and it would cost around $260 and $120 was due immediately if I wanted it fixed. I paid it. After a couple of weeks or so they (Bill I believe) called saying the printheads that came in were defective and it would take another couple of weeks to fix. I did get one call when it was done. I'm out of town a lot and I tried going by there a few times but their hours are 9-5 weekdays, making it difficult to sync up.

The best place to go for all you PC / Printer solution needs in south Florida. Excellent communication, courteous staff, timely service and nicest company I have delt with in the Palm Beach and surrounding areas.
