I was excited to find Palma Pizza because Chicago pizza around here is hard to come by. When I tell you this was the WORST pizza I've ever had, I'm not being dramatic. It was undercooked, caked in oil and had little taste. Don't waste your money or time going here for Chicago pizza - it was a bust. There was no redeeming quality.

Not a good experience. Ordered pizza here for the Super Bowl and the cheese pizza was burnt as well as extremely dry. The pizza lovers was the same and we were all very let down by this, very unfortunate given we had people over and it was not a hit among everyone. We order pizza at many places locally and this was a big let down. The photo speaks for itself.

We have been coming to Palma Pizza since we moved to Palm Beach County back in 2015. Love the Food, Staff and Owner. The Restaurant is Family Friendly and also great for a Large Family Meet.All Dishes are made to order and are wonderful, Pizza is delicious. We Highly recommend Palma Pizza.Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: Family Oriented Restaurant, Kids love it.

It’s a shame because the pizza is good but it was a clown car circus when we ordered three pizzas on a Sunday night.Vegetarian options: We just got a vegetarian pizza. They gave us our money back after waiting an hour.

I ordered a take out pizza and arrived 25 minutes later, when it was supposed to be ready. Upon arrival, the employee told me it would be ready in five minutes. After waiting at the counter for 25 minutes, the employee sliced the pizza (with some difficulty), boxed it, and handed it to me. Observing his difficulty in slicing the pizza, I opened the box to check the pizza and saw that it was burned. I told him this was unacceptable and I would not take this pizza. After waiting nearly an hour for this pizza, I was not going to wait for him to attempt to make another one. Apparently, Palma Pizza is under new ownership, and my experience after two visits is that the new staff is not as competent, welcoming, and customer-focused as the staff under the previous ownership.

It's all bread! Barely any cheese or topping! They didn't even put the sauce on top! I was hoping for it to give Lou Malnati's of Naperville a run for their money. It didn't even give New York Chicago pizza of Pinecrest a run for their money. At this price, it's a sick joke. The crust is even too salty to make a meal of!

What happened to this place there was two older gentlemen running it in everything was amazing. I just ordered recently and I got the smallest portions that were so expensive it's unreal . I won't be ordering from here again Beware of the size and the price.

I called around 2pm for delivery. I specifically mentioned 3 times that I wanted CHICKEN Philly since they have gotten this exact order wrong many times in the past. So much for giving this place one more chance. They delivered a beef philly....again!!!! Some man called me apologizing that it was his fault and he would pay for my next chicken Philly when I came in next time. I asked about this time because I'm still hungry and I can't come in to order because I have a broken hip! He proceeded to say he's not doing any deliveries right now because they are busy with other orders. REALLY??!! An hour ago I was told my delivery should be quick because I was the only order.. now they are too busy to RE deliver my order that THEY got wrong. That was a real 'F YOU' if I've ever heard one!! Never again! This place should have gone out of business a LONG time ago!!
