I Come here because I’m in so much pain where I can’t walk properly and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes not one pain killer I’m just sitting here waitingin the waiting room. What’s the point of coming to the ER if I’m not being taking care of right away ?

Would not come back to this place. The PA that saw us was very dismissive. Everyone else seemed to genuinely care, but since he was the one with the power to make the call, nothing was done for a broken bone. I would be mad even if we hadn't had to come from out of town to visit. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

Patient advocate contacted me and we reviewed the circumstances surrounding my original review to my satisfaction. The hospital has an excellent QA program in this area.
