Most professional packing and shipping store I have ever shipped with, they packed my two huge porcelain figures excellently safe and well, beyond I can imagine. Rod proved very helpful assisting. Next time, I don’t need to ask quote around anymore.

Rod and his team at Pak Mail are absolutely THE BEST. Very unexpectedly, we had an urgent need to move my Mom out of her Assisted Living apartment in Palm Beach Gardens. With just one day's notice, Rod came over and packed up all of her clothes, pictures, glassware, knick knacks, books, photos, etc. He finished the job in about an hour that afternoon and had everything shipped out to her new home in Massachusetts that night. Not only is Rod an experienced and very responsive professional, but he is also a terrific guy. He and his team are a true pleasure to work with!

They charge for labels and helping you tape your box, So if you have issues with that, I’m sparing you the moment of anger and the drive. Other than the recent change to charging for supplies I actually find this place convenient, professional, and close enough to keep going than driving to the horror usps stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. I decided to leave the review because the few times (recently) I’ve been there the girls get yelled at for charging for tape. They don’t own the place, so why yell at them? Please be kind or go to USPS where you can get free tape and wait 1 hour in a line.

I had no clue you could ship FedEx, UPS and USPS packages here. Wish I found this spot years ago! Super friendly staff and much more spacious than any of the other local "name brand" locations
