I have used OXXO for dry cleaning services for the last few years. The staff is kind, professional, and efficient. I have always been pleased with the atttention to detail and have never had an issue with dry cheating or laundered clothing. I recommend OXXO.

I would give them a 0 if possible. They left a large noticeable stain on a designer pair of pants. They would not take ownership of their mistake and then tried to blame the stain on me. Horrible customer service and interaction. I took the same pair of pants to another dry cleaners in hope they could recommend a fix. They noted that it was an irreparable problem. Would not recommend you risk bringing your clothes to such an establishment

I got my suit jackets dry cleaned here, they came back reeking. I had to bring them back to have them done again. Thankfully the issue was resolved after the second round but the fact I had to bring them back was disappointing.

Had a slight problem with a blazer that was altered but I am very pleased to say the owner really stepped up! He replaced my blazer and then altered so that I did not have to go to the hassle of doing so all over again. What more can you ask for?!
I am very impressed by his (Juan Carlos-owner) integrity and concern for the customer and will recommend him in articles, to clients, neighbors and friends!
