PGA Blvd is by far the worst location EVER...
Ordered business cards and the employee the first night was extremely helpful, but after waiting stated time for the arrival, the cards never came.
I then attempted numerous phone calls daily and sometimes be left on hold for 25 min to only hang up as would only be told more untruthful statements. Finally simply gave up and called to be refunded as I bought elsewhere in 2 days from more professional shop. Was told not being refunded even though I offered up every number on receipt and that my cards were shipped to another store ( wonder how long before they would have told me) and NOW they are trying to help me. So again I leave my telephone number and name but hold out zero hope for a call back.

Actually did receive call back only to be lied to again saying would be a few days longer as they were waiting on paper I chose not knowing they had already told me cards were at another location... unbelievable

Tameica was so incredibly helpful went out of her way to help me . Professional , great attitude and patient . So grateful as I was clueless on how to do my business brochures for printing . Thank you so much for helping me!

Tameica, the general manager, was so helpful for making a really nice large print and presentation booklet. Really knowledgeable, and I noticed she was very good at multi tasking, and helping multiple team members and customers all at the same time!

I had a rush order and came an hour before closing. They were able to print my order exactly how I wanted it. I wish I remembered the two lady’s names who helped me, they were very kind.

Went to the North Palm Beach fla store to get some copies made for an upcoming board meeting. The associate Kimaya was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. She eased our concerns and made great recommendations as to how our presentation would look . A very pleasurable experience and my appreciation towards Kimaya for a job very well done.

Worst Office Depot ever, I've come here a few times thinking my experience will get better and it never does. It's always something w/ the people that work here, nasty attitudes, terrible customer service (this is coming from someone who works in customer service) Tonight I really needed to use the SELF PRINTER for an EMERGENCY, I've worked all day and thought I could make it before they close at 8. I arrive at 7:20 and instantly get yelled at that they're closed for some BS excuse because it's always a BS excuse here. What seemed like the "manager" said they're trying to get a minor out of the store and they don't have enough people to check anyone out??? I tried bargaining saying I just needed to print something I already had my code & didn't need any assistance bc it's a self check out process but nope. I turn around to leave and the manager sarcastically yells at me to fill out an application or find people so they can hire them LOL. As if I'd refer anyone to work for such a lousy store. Their excuse for closing 40 mins early didn't make any sense and this is on top of them ALWAYS being rude af. At this point this store needs to close because it being open is more of an inconvenience. I went up the street to Staples arriving at 7:35 and had no issues. They close at 8 like a normal operating business should.

The old guy working at the register has no manners. Customers always comes first, if you’re not in the mood to work then DONT! Treat your customers with respect, you never know who they might be.

Amazing experience with Office Depot for a last minute print job. The staff was prompt, calm, and efficient. I will use this as my main printer for future projects.
