Loved this organization. Two gentlemen came to pick up a chair w/ottoman, and sectional couch. When taking couch to truck, one of the helpers crashed my couch into my glass end table. It not only shattered all over my tile floor, it also chipped the tile in two places. Said they’d give me a temporary end table, but even though I called twice, they ignored me. I’m still finding glass chips.

So so easy to donate to such a great cause. I signed up online got a call in 5 mins. Set up a pick up within 5 day. Communicated the whole way. Came on time. Great gentleman, friendly and kind. Thank you

Don't use the pick up donation services of Networking to Help Children (NtHC). You will be VERY disappointed. Read the other reviews. I agree with every word each wrote. Everyone who has commented about them was unsatisfied. NtHC did the same thing to us. I wanted to donate book cases, patio furniture and bedroom furniture from a two bedroom apartment from my dead uncle's estate and they cherry picked everything. They have unreasonably high standards for donations, and you will be disappointed if you depend on them to take most of what any of the other charities would take.

I selected this organization thinking it's for a good cause only to have the drivers cherry pick through the furniture I was donating. The items I decided to give away are very nice and would make an excellent addition to anyone in need. It turns out they are only interested in turning a profit while using "children in need" as there catch.

They are beyond amazing... Donate my mom’s entire apartment which was on the 2nd floor no elevator... Not one complaint from either gentlemen about going up and down numerous times... I will definitely call them again

Avoid this company!!! I called them because I wanted to donate some furniture. They came by and refused to pick up any of it saying it wasn't nice enough!!! Of course it's not in perfect condition, if it was, I wouldn't be donating it, but I don't live in the slums, my place is rIght on the beach in Miami Beach! I had all new furniture being delivered the same day and explained this to Heather on the phone who could have cared less! My point is, if you want to help someone by donating furniture, don't contact this place!!! Networking To Help Children sucks!!!
