What a wonderful experience the service department was like walking into Disney. Everybody was happy smiling I was so confused. I have never had such a great experience at a dealership. The lounge was very comfortable. The coffee options are plentiful. I had an actually see the service Director, his name was Jim, just to tell him how wonderful it was and he was so upbeat and kind and told me if I haven’t needed anything to let him know he even gave me his personal cell phone number. I can see I can see that it starts at the top and works it way down on wonderful wonderful Thank you, Northlake. Kia highly recommended you go. I went in with a smile and left with a smile.

This place will lie straight to your face. this is going to be lengthy but worth the read. I bought a used Kia and the salesperson was a tall guy named berry. When I was checking out the car I noticed the check engine light was on. They told me the used cars were sold as is, which I was fine with, I just wanted to know why the check engine light was on before I bought it and that the brakes were good. They came back and told me the reason was a transmission fluid line and the car had been inspected and safe to drive. Both could not have been further from the truth. I took it to a shop and there was nothing wrong with the fluid line, they just made that up. The valve cover was leaking which was a cheap part to replace so I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it but I was concerned that they told me the wrong thing. Within days of purchasing the car the brake pedal started going to the floor and the car just wouldn’t stop. I had to immediately take it to a shop and the technician told me there’s absolutely zero chance this car went through a safety inspection. He used to work there and said he’s seen it happen before. All the brake pads had to be replaced, all the rotors, one caliper, and the ABS system is in bad shape so the brake fluid can’t even flush correctly. I specifically asked them about the brakes and they lied straight to my face to sell me the car. I’ve had to spend almost 3k now to fix everything. I emailed them 3 times about this and they got back to me a week later. They had me send me all the invoices and said they would split with me what I’ve spent so far which would’ve been about a 750 refund. Except they ghosted me after that. I said it’d be appreciated and didn’t get a response and then asked if I could come get it diagnosed to see what’s wrong with the ABS which I was advised to ask by the technician that formerly worked there. No response. I’m now having to get a lawyer because I’m livid with how they’re comfortable completely scamming people. Worse than a used car lot.

Terrible service.
30 minutes waiting even with an appointment. We took the car back, and the lady told us that they did a car wash, but in reality, they only put shiny stuff like on the tires. This is the only kia location we have being where nobody spoke Spanish at the front desk.Hallo? Wake up, you are in South Florida.
