“Went there with Mom today as she lost her phone in Jupiter the other day. The gentleman who helped her, I think naked Dierius, was extremely kind and helpful to my mother. He called her insurance company and answered her every question. Then the sweet manager engaged us and recognized my mother from a prior visit. I watched and listened as she calmly and with care explained options to my mother. She sympathized with her situation and came up with ideas that eventually provided all the answers she needed. Mom is getting a phone delivered tomorrow. This was on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Gardens Mall. Fantastic service in a very clean and well staffed T-Mobile store.”

“Just looked at the line going into Apple.. very busy. The mall is beautiful, relaxing, and ready for Christmas.. visited 11/5, though no Santa photos until 11/11. Two levels with lots of fountains.A nice place to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere.. decent food court if you are staying for lunch or dinner.”

“On May 6, I picked up my phone and took it home and was having a hard time activating my new phone, so I called Verizon they told me that I have to take it to the store. So I did, and one of their sales representatives, Regina, took her time with lots of patience and made a few phone calls I was willing to change my number but in reality I wanted to keep my old number and thanks to Regina and her patience I did she made it possible.
