Staff are friendly and helpful. Corporate supervisor refused to assist so staff could only do so much. I ended up fixing the issue. Santos is the one to go to at this location.

Since I have been going to the metro, the service they have provided me has been excellent. Jonathan, who has attended to me, has always treated me with respect and has helped me. Since I have a back problem, he brought me a chair to sit in while he attended to me.

Well, I still have a Sprint phone which no longer works. I was told by a sales representative that she couldn't access my phone number and could not help me. Really??? I'm still paying my monthly bill yet not receiving service. What's wrong with this scenario? I'm NOT a happy camper.

The manager and the employees at this Metro location have to be the rudest, nastiest, non-english speaking, disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. As soon as I can arrange for a different phone carrier I am going to do just that. It is on the top of my list. I would not use MetroPCS again if they were the last carrier on earth. I would go without a cell phone first. The manager needs to be terminated.
