The older of the 2 men working in the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. Initially he refused to show me the shoes I wished to see. He was argumentative, offered unsolicited opinions on economics, and insulted my choices in style. I felt cornered in the chair, and had to state my desire to leave twice! The shoes may be good but I didn't have an opportunity to decide for myself. Terrible service!

This is the place to go to get mephisto. The sales team really knows their product. Great service, very patient with fit and size. They seem to have entire product line. Well worth the trip.

Terrific store. Excellent customer service. Excellent products. The guy who help me out used to own the Stride Rite and was the same guy that taught my kids how to tie shoelaces!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will use any and all excuses to take your money. They don't tell you that if they don't fit and you send them back for a refund you have to pay for return shipping and the cost for them to ship you a replacement pair. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and HORRIBLE SHOES! They are NOT true to SIZE EITHER! Again DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to loose money!

I would buy the shoes, and skip the socks, their selling socks for 22 bucks per single pair; you only get 2 socks per pair for 22 bucks, I rather just skip the middle man and get some shoes actually in fact, I got some sandals, they have very nice sandals at all.From what I saw they have 2 full time employees; one of whom is the owner of the store store; hes a nice guy.

I absolutely do not understand all of the 5-star reviews for service. I don't believe there's a time I've gone into this store where I have ever been asked if I needed help, or addressed in any way. In fact, just this last weekend, mid-day Saturday.. the store was empty, except for the gentleman standing behind the register. I was trying to find something specific, and made a quick survey - He never said a word. Just as I looked up to ask a question, he had disappeared completely. I left. (one would think that even if he was headed to the restroom, he'd have said "I'll be right back, in case you have questions.. " But... nuthin'.)

The staff members at this location are amazing! All are so knowledgeable and helpful.I had not purchased this brand before. I needed to try quite a few pairs of shoes to get the proper fit and level of comfort I was looking for. I bought my first pair of Mephisto shoes in Rome Italy. My second pair in France and my third in New York City. They without question are the best most comfortable shoes on the market and well worth the price. However my best buying experience was in North Palm Beach, Florida. I was taken care of by Steve. He made sure of the fit and comfort of the shoes. I was a little embarrassed by how much time he was spending with me to make sure I was totally satisfied. Steve gets all of my accolades and thanks for a great buying experience. My happy feet thank him as well

12/9/20 -Attention all Mephisto customers and those who have not visited Mephisto in The Gardens Mall,I must praise employee, Eric for his excellent service he provided me, this last week. Service and advice quickly received, and once comfortable, I felt sure that he was providing knowledge of the product. I had a broken foot, therefore, the complication of resolving, leveling out my body, was evident. We should all experience a welcoming greeting as I did, in entering a clothing/shoe store. Steve, the Owner, was gracious and professional. Bernardo is a pro. I thank them for their patience and kindness. This store is must-see. Christine K.

They have a huge assortment of shoes on their online site. I’ve been a fan of the Mephisto for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
