We cannot be happier with Dr. Fondren and her staff. since moving to Florida 4 years ago, Dr. Fondren has done wonders for for our senior dog who has multiple issues. She leaves no stone unturned to find a fix for him. Her staff is just as professional and very friendly! Our family members (4) uses Fondren Pet Care too. Now that's a great endorsement!!!

I'm so glad I found this vets office! I love the staff. They are so friendly and always treat my babies with the very best care. I never feel rushed and or uneasy with leaving my cats with them.

15 years ago I brought my first Puggle baby (his brother a year later) to Dr. Fondren and it was the best decision I have ever made. She truly goes above and beyond and is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. Her staff is amazing and have always been so helpful. Throughout their lives she has guided me to give them the best lives. From helping me to find the right trainer for stubborn Puggles(they were training me), to taking the time(sometimes more than once) to administer the various drops and pills they have required over the years. She always puts the pets and their owners first building a relationship with both that allows for the best care to be given. There have been many phone calls after hours if we have missed talking about results during office hours and I know she will do additional research or reach out to colleagues if we are confronted with difficult medical decisions. Her staff has always been amazing and caring which is especially important with aging babies(many phone calls for prescriptions and emergency appointments). I wish I had this relationship with my own Doctors.

We just moved to the area and recently got an Australian Shepard puppy so we sought care to have him vaccinated. Our initial appointment was pretty good. She found an ear infection that was the source of his itchy ness. We've had a few follow ups that have gone downhill since. My husband just got back for his 4 months shots and was basically scolded the entire time by Dr. Fondren. We are still battling the ear infection and telling us we're not doing a good job when we are trying our best. She told him that our puppy was too skittish and if we don't socialize him within the next month we should just give him away. Also stating that he needs to see a trainer and making us feel like bad owners. He is only 4 months old and is potty trained and knows simple commands. We will not be returning.

The staff at Fondren pet care are so caring and Dr. Fondren has been wonderful with all our pets. I trust her 100% and was so grateful to everyone for their care when we had to put down our beloved 17-year-old cat. You can't go wrong with these folks.

Our dogs have been patients of Dr Fondren for 5 years . We have experienced many ups and downs with older dogs and for new puppy care. Dr Fondren is a talented diagnostician who identified cardiac issues for our 8 week old puppy that was confirmed by a cardiologist . She was caring and sensitive when we had to deal with euthanizing our 13 year old Lab . She's the best ! Honest and calm . Everyone in her office is equally competent and caring!

We have been taking our pup Ruby to Dr Fondren since the first day we got her :) the entire team is so genuine and friendly - you cannot beat the care and service from them all. Ruby had a incident on a Saturday and they were entirely booked. They were so concerned - they told us to rush overs and they were able to treat Ruby and make her comfortable. Not once did anyone make us feel guilty for helping us after their hours of operation. I won't take Ruby anywhere else but here:) Dr Fondren is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what Ruby needed and how to treat her. Thank you to all of you !!!

I have been using Dr. Fondren for my beloved pets for 14 years now. I completely trust her opinion and judgement to help me make decisions regarding my dog and cat’s health and wellbeing, even when it is a hard decision. She is always advocating for the animals and will let you know if you need to change your protocol for their best interest. The staff at FPCC is always helpful, friendly, and know what they are talking about. Dr. Fondren does a great job of making sure that her team is well educated and provides excellent customer service. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that is going to go above and beyond for your animals, this is the place to go.

If you want top quality care and great personnel. If you want a doctor who is knowledgeable and cares, If you want a business that is easy to find, clean and has a good Covid routine in place. If you want your pet in the best hands, and not in some factory but a place that is like family, then Fondren is the place. Not going anywhere else.

New to the area and was in need of a vet. Decided to go with Fondren due to the reviews. GREAT choice. Brought the kitty in for a checkup and Fondren and her staff were super responsive and caring. I have a lot of anxiety about caring for my cat (and it general) so it was great that she did a really thorough exam on my cat, listened closely to me, and calmly explained some new maintenance plans for his hairballs.Not the cheapest practice, but it's worth it. HIGHLY recommend.Marais approves.

Dr Fondren and her staff are all lovely people. Very genuine in their care and concern for the animals. MMy dogs have had some serious issues since we joined her practice but I always believe that she looks at the problem from all aspects before prescribing treatment. I would recommend her to any pet owner.
