This Bloomingdale's has a little less variety than some of the other ones in South Florida. But that's OK. I like the setup of the handbag and women's clothing departments. They are easy to walk through and find what I am looking for.I was looking at buying a new perfume. Numerous people wanted to help me. This was distracting. I tried on a few perfumes and finally picked one. I am a Loyalist member which means I earn points for my purchases. Sometimes they offer bonus points or an actual gift card when shopping in the beauty department. This helps lowering the price in a way. I recommend joining this program because it is free and you can earn some valuable savings.

The old saying .. You Get What You Pay For .. This applies to everything at Bloomingdales .. I'm not one of those who has millions of dollars .. but I want things that last and I want to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers. Bloomingdales is all that .. they value the customer, the customer experience & they offer top quality merchandise at a good price .. and their sales are the best. I purchased my bed from them .. why??? Because I got the quality I was seeking .. sold by a customer rep who was very knowledgeable & at a great price .. I've had 16 back surgeries resulting from 2 combat injuries. This bed provides the greatest relief for my back & it doesn't make you sweat!! Thank you Bloomingdales for setting the bar for how to treat & retain loyal customers.

Went in for a return of shoes and a dress. The older woman at the counter literally looked at every inch of the dress inside and out searching for something to be wrong with it. The shoes which I never wore (just in the store when I was trying them on for size) and have light beige soles were also frowned upon. A manager was called and she agreed with the older woman and stated the shoes were not in " re sellable condition". I again explained the shoes were never worn and pointed out to the light colored soles, if worn they would be discolored. I was not allowed to return any of the items. They treated me like some sort of criminal, it felt very prejudicial. I have shopped and returned at many stores even better then Bloomingdale's with absolutely NO issues. I have never been made feel less of because of it either. Bloomingdale's you have to do better or you will no longer have a spot in retail. Also not in line with your "hassle free return policy".

It seems like this place is designed for men’s clothing only. My GF is getting bored there, but I love to visit local shops.

Bought a pair of shoes from this store never wore them went to return and they wouldn't take them back. Awful customer service and we're extremely rude. 0/10 wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last store here.

I have been shopping in this store for many years and always had a pleasant experience. My favorite associates are Maria and Rasheeda at women's clothing. They go above and beyond to help you. Also, always pleasure to deal with ladies at the customer service on the first floor. And I have to say big thanks to the ladies working at the Home/China department. They recently helped me with the complicated return. I believe it was Lisa and another was department manager. Thank you.

Very easy return, right in front of the door is a return & pickup table. In under a minute I returned an item and was out. Appreciate that returning is so easy.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be shopping at Bloomingdales in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.I recently purchased a Tag Heuer men's watch on-line and I went to the fine jewelry department to have my watch sized and some links removed.A sales person told me that my watch "had too much liability" and "nobody would do that here". I was told to go to a jewelry store in the mall so they can assist me. I had to pay another $30 to jeweler just to take out two links from my watch. If my watch had too much liability, then why would Bloomingdales sell it and then not provide decent customer service?I asked for the corporate customer service number, but my request was refused by a sales person.Please note while I was visiting family in Manhattan, in July 2021, We went to the Bloomingdale's on 5th ave and had an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a diamond Michele for my fiancé and they happily removed extra links for her. We were not told to leave the store because our purchase was "too much liability" or "go to a jeweler".After my purchase of the Michele watch, I received 600 points towards another purchase, so I decided to buy a men's Gucci watch on-line. In one day, I returned the watch and had to wait over 60 min for a refund because "the watch was never logged into our system, so you have to wait for your refund". I think I counted three asset protection members watching me while I was just sitting for over an hour for a refund. I guess at Bloomindales, you only get good customer service if you are the right color of skin.If I treated my patients in this manner, I would not have a practice.If this is a high end store? and if so, Why do customers get treated this way? I just hope others do not have to go through my horrible experienceI'm sure no one actually cares anymore how customers are treated, and that's a shame... hopefully one day the world will be a different place... Hopefully when I describe my experience on social media, Google and Yelp, someone hopefully wont make the mistakes I've made...What a disappointment.

Wife and I were looking for a sectional sofa and went to the furniture department of this Bloomindales in Palm Beach Gardens Mall. Elaine was the furniture rep who waited on us. She was very pleasant and helpful in helping us pick out the right sofa. She said her job was to show us furniture and then it was up to us what we wanted to buy. That worked for me.We decided on a sofa which we are looking forward to receiving sometime in March. There was a sale on the sofa and shipping was free on the pieces we ordered.
