I am getting ready for thanksgiving dinner and I cannot help but feel extremely grateful for Dominic at the mac store in PGA. Yesterday I went to the store just looking for a blush. Dominic provided outstanding customer service- listened to my wants and needs- and created a custom group of items that were perfect for my look today! Application technique was explained, and the genuine love for the Mac brand shown through. I will be back, and I highly recommend asking for Dominic at your next appointment!!

I went into MAC with a very loose idea of what to get my step mom for her birthday. Fortunately, Tia was able to help me find the perfect gift and hit the nail on the head. Tia went above and beyond, not only did I get the perfect gift but I also learned a bunch of pro tips. Tia thank you for making me feel VIP. Also, I was on my lunch break and somehow Tia managed to do all this and still be super respectful of my time. Not a hero’s wear capes, some wear glitter.

Please read. I don't normally write reviews and I know it's a little wordy but after seeing some of these other reviews....they earned the read. You know how you can walk by something a million times and never really see it...well, that's how I felt about the Mac store in Gardens mall. I was constantly walking by and not giving it a second thought. Sure, All the artists and staff looked amazing and trendy but not something that felt like a good fit for this 50ish chic. However...any time I would pass by and catch the eye of an artist they were always so friendly and would smile and wave. On the days the store was busy (which is most) I always noticed what a good time they and their customers seemed to be having. Nothing like the perfume bombers and walking color matchers from other stores... So this past November hunting for the TikTok made me buy gifts on my list I had a few items TikTok said were a Must Have from MAC. I was lucky. The day I went in it happened to not be as busy and I was greeted by multiple staff with genuine enthusiasm. (Let's be honest...we know the difference). They asked if they could help me and I explained what I was shopping for. They knew instantly what I wanted and even showed me items I hadn't seen on TikTok but were holiday favorites. Because it wasn't busy at that moment, I had the help of two of the most amazing, animated, bubbly, knowledgable artists ......a Ms. Tia Rose and her co-worker Garrett. I'm not sure if they are meant to work in pairs or if these two just click. They truly could finish each other sentences but in the best way. Like I said I know my review is lengthy and this all happened last November but the point I'm trying to make is.....I went in for holiday gifts (which were a huge hit! If Tia recommends it BUY IT!) and came out a now dedicated customer. With simple suggestions for not just for my holiday gifts but also items for myself, I can honestly say I'm hooked. I love everything they have suggested for me and appreciated the time they took showing me how to use the items.....after a few more visits to the store and a handful of products later ....a week doesn't go by without someone complimenting me on my skin and make-up. And at my age.....That's EVERYTHING! Thank you Tia and Garrett. I'll be in again soon.

I’m very disappointed at this location. I had an appointment set for today at 11:00am and the MANAGER Cole canceled on me last minute at 10:50am when it was supposed to be for my wedding. Very unprofessional . They tried to hand my appointment over to this very sweet lady that has absolutely nothing to do with makeup!! I’m so upset that now I have to find someone else that knows what they’re doing ON MY WEDDING DAY.

I agree with reviews - can't get help and when you do they never ever have an appropriate shade/product - its always out - so if you cant buy a whole collection why the hell bother?? I've called ahead, just to try for a whole face and same thing happens! They always say "well you could wear..." what kinda of crap is that? Dont patronize me because I am not your idea of pretty - or your idea of their normal! Thats the only type person who is well treated here - the pretty types. Same thing at Nordstrom's Mac counter - well, you could wear....give me a break! Why can't you put together a full face for ME w/out substituting a key shade for something out of the collection? Super poor everything!

Joann at the MAC store in Palm Beach Gardens was so helpful and friendly. She is professional, knowledgable, and personable. I have not shopped at MAC for a very long time, but I will be coming back every time because of the fantastic experience Joann provided along with the helpful tips on how to apply make-up for my face shape. I told my sister that she should ask for Joann the next time she is in the market for new make-up products.

Worst customer service! The two women who worked Saturday you beyond lazy. When inquiring about getting make up done the girl doing make up was VERY NASTY and RUDE. Poor customer service both employees could of cared less about helping customers. I won't recommend getting my make up done there either. The make up artist didn't even know how to correctly color match or blend. I will be calling corporate on Shells or whatever her name is for her unprofessional attitude
